Erick has told me exactly what they are doing and why, makes recommendations (he doesn’t just tell me what I need), and often times goes above and beyond what you would expect. I HIGHLY recommend Cesar Heat & Cooling for residential and commercial needs.
Erick is an amazing person to work with. As a contractor I use him for all of my client's HVAC needs and he always provides the highest level of service. I recently had Cesar Heat & Cooling put central air conditioning in my home. From the moment Bob came by to look at what I would need and techs came to install it I have never dealt with more professional and pleasant people. On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten being the best I would have to give them a 12!! They were on time every time !Thanks Cesar Heat & Cooling.
The office team, the project manager and the install team were amazing. The customer service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and responsive! Our install had an unexpected hiccup due to the home build. They explained what needed to be done and the reason for the delay. They worked hard all day to ensure we had heat going into the cold night. Thank you Cesar Heat & Cooling ! Your team is awesome!!

Cesar Heat & Cooling is a professional group with years of knowledge! They were very helpful in explaining what the dryer vent cleaning process would be and answered all of my questions. I will continue to use them for dryer vent cleaning twice a year and highly recommend their services. Thanks to them.

Great furnace repair work. Josh' attitude towards his profession is absolutely respectful. Moreover, politeness is his asset too. Would hardly know there was any work done in the house. Cleanup was great and even came to pick up some of the things outside that were left behind. Great to work with.

These guys were very responsive and thorough in replacing my heater. I had the opportunity to interact with them and they were very excellent, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. The best experience i have ever got from a company. Highly recommend you guys.
I contacted several companies about my A/C emergencies but Cesar Heat & Cooling was the only company that was able to respond that same day, with a technician, Josh, showed up a half an hour after I contacted them. Josh was good, very polite and willing to respond to my questions and concerns. He sorted out the issue in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. Very nice experience.
My friend referred me to Cesar Heat & Cooling Co. I needed my broken solar water pump fixed. Am so glad I tried them. They responded promptly and repaired it efficiently. They were friendly, courteous and most importantly honest with their diagnosis. Their prices were very fair and I was happy to have done business with them.

Had a few HVAC needs that needed to be taken care of. I called and had an appointment on the day I wanted that week. Josh called a few minutes before arriving. He was on time, reviewed my needs, provided a quote, got approval and Josh and his partner professionally handled everything. They are not pricey, and the service they delivered was good, professional, competent, and quality. I will likely use them again.
