We have used Cody for years! But just called about getting a Spring tuneup and was told the no longer serve residential.
Good and professional
AC on my rv stopped working. I contacted a local rv sales and repair and they said I needed a new unit costing about $1500. I called Bob at Cody AC & Heating and he came to my house and told me what was wrong, but it was working fine when he was there, so no charge for the visit and I know what to do if it quits again Thanks, very good service.
I've had capacitors replaced before. It has never cost me 269.00-- A week later the unit needs a charge. Guess what? I will not be buying the refrigerant from Cody.

Great customer service and the Office Administrator is actually extremely friendly and VERY professional. I have spoken with her on several occasions. I was very pleased with the service and price I received from Cody Air- highly recommend them!
Impressive! Arrived quickly and corrected the problem without trying to up sale anything. From the time I called until the time they were finished was 45 minutes. Yesterday was 104 degrees, so it's nice to know that when things go wrong with the AC that Cody is near by and reliable. Thanks, Cody AC!
Drivers don't use turn signals
This man cut me off in traffic, turning right in front of me when he was in the left hand lane. I called the number on the van he was driving and Cody answered(yes he was driving). He explained to me that he had his turn signal on. That may be so but when you are behind me and to the left I can't see that. If he is as rude and inconsiderate when he comes to your home as he is in traffic all I can say is DANGER DANGER!!!!! Not very smart to be so rude when your vehicle is an advertisement. This is the opposite of a wise investment and I want my service people to be polite, considerate and smart. I would guess Cody doesn't get many repeat customers.
We called Cody A/C & Heating when our A/C unit stopped working. Steven inspected the system and gave us his recommendations and presented us with several solutions. We chose to install a new gas furnace along with a matching 16+ SEER outside unit along with new ductwork. The existing system was 1984 vintage and needed replacement and updating. John Patak and his crew arrived at 8 am to begin the job. John did a preliminary evaluation and determined that we needed more return line air capacity and some rooms needed either more or less air flow in. They made these alterations during the install. They finished in one day and were very professional, friendly, and did a great job, leaving the house very clean. Now we have cool air and the house smells very nice with all new ducts. We have used Cody in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Excellent job!
We replaced our inside (attic) and outside system several months ago. Great service, and it has kept us at the desired temperature over the hot summer. Have used Cody for the 12 years we have been in Bedford, including their winter & summer check-ups, and I recommend their service.
