Great guy know his stuff!!! He has been servicing my heater my AC my fresh for 40 years always done it just right I remember when he was just a young sprout a good man!!!!! Working hard man 💪!!!
Not sure if it was a business phone or the house phone that was answered but the entire conversation was, "Hello, are you doing Home services today?" "No" then phone hangs up.
I had an unexpected problem with my AC on a hot Saturday afternoon. Mr. Yung came out spotted what the problem was and fixed it. Also when many would charge a crazy price for the weekend Mr. Yung price was fair and he came to my home earlier than the time he thought he would make it. Great service I will be using him again for any future needs.
He is soooo unprofessional he is rude an he keep trying to charge me when he didnt fix it right the first time....please save ur money an time he walked away while i was asking him questions an i was nice about it an then he drives off
We have had three service calls at two different houses. Our present house has three central A/C units. All were not working when we bought the house. All three were working within one hour of Mr. Yung coming to our house. Two had minor parts replaced. the third needed batteries in the thermostat. The entire job cost us $100. Today a condencer fan motor was replaced and 2 pounds of freon was added. The total price for parts, labor, and freon was $212. You can't beat that anywhere anytime. Honesty and competence is the supreme compliment. Yung's is the only HVAC service I will ever call.
I like that fact that he's reasonable. However. I don't understand why he rushes through everything. He doesn't give you time to talk. I tried telling him after he put in a part that my air was not blowing cool. He said give it an hour and it will be better. Well, I called him that night and told him my house was 90 degrees. He said I be there tomorrow and hung up. Well it rained so he didn't come. So now it has been two days this new condenser has been in and my home it's still hot and now it's frozen up. No air blowing at all. And it's HOT!!!!!! I have a husband with COPD THAT CANNOT BREATHE WHEN IT GETS TOO HOT. He said he will be here in the morning I'm hoping he will make this right. I do not want to have to call another company to fix it.
