I highly recommend this company. They definitely stand by all of the promises they make on their website--knowledgeable technicians, quality service. They are a trusted brand amongst our family and friends. I recently had to call them because my heater suddenly stopped working. Randy was very accommodating with getting a tech to me at a time that worked for me. They offer convenient same day service, they'll even come out on the weekends if you have an emergency issue. Caden, my technician, was very polite and professional when he came out to diagnose the heating issues. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was wrong, and repaired the issue. Great experience working with them!

Shawn was amazing with helping us at 1:30am and fixing our air conditioning in this hott Texas summer. Service was outstanding and pricing is more than reasonable with the quality of work and emergency timing. Hands down the best air company I have ever used. I highly recommend them to anyone having issues.
So far, I have not had one time where I can find anything negative. I bought my new air conditioner today. Caden and the crew of technicians were very friendly and professional. Awesome group of people. They work without stop until everything was done. The price was also very good. Nobody tried to sell me something unnecessary just because. I’m very happy with this company.

Sam is a hero! 12:00am our a/c quits on us and all I had to do was call and he was out here in no time! This company has the best employees and are there when you need them. 100/10 would recommend!

Sam was very professional and was very informative on what happened with my A/C system. He was able to fix my system the same day and my system is working better than ever. I would recommend this company based on the information they have for fixing my system, their pricing, and how well they made me feel like a friend.
First off I appreciate someone who knows what they are doing and is willing to educate their customer while he is looking for the problem. left us with estimates on future problems we need to deal with and added no pressure. Usually every other repair service I talk to if I don’t fix it yesterday I’m screwed. We will definitely be calling in the near future
Highly recommend! It was difficult at 1st to locate exactly what the issue was with our AC but lockey never gave up! They worked hard to help us find the issue, offered us several options and the pros/cons of each so we fully understood what was needed. The job was well done, each person we worked with was great, took great pride in their work, and as a sweet surprise I found out they had taken a few minutes to fix my broken fence latch! They really made sure to go above and beyond!
Caden Chapman was a fantastic help at our home and we couldn’t have asked for a better service ever! Long story short: vivint installed a thermostat, they blew a fuse and it took them 4 days to send someone out and say call a hvac technician. Lockey was a same day service and is super professional especially Caden Chapman! He went above and beyond and was walking us through everything as if we are brand new and it made sense so thank you guys for the help! Thank you for being a great technician! Hopefully your skills are valued 💯👍 Would recommend every time 10/10
Extremely professional, Tech called 10 mins out before scheduled time. Showed up, ran through the system, ordered the part and came back another day upon receiving the part and installed it. The tech was extremely polite. He answered any and all of my questions. The downside is if it's a part they don't have on hand you will have to wait, but that isn't Lockey's fault. Definitely recommend 👌 👍
After hours services are just a wonderful thing that you offer. It is so miserable to sleep in the heat. Thank you for helping my family sleep comfortably, again!

The tech that came out last night at almost ten pm was awesome fast clean and great service I will use them for everything now he didn’t have to guess what the problem was like others he knew right away what the issue was within five min or less and he came out of copperas cove and was in Killeen quick amazing service !
Our capacitor went out tonight on one of our units we purchased from Lockey about 9 months ago. We called the office at 8pm on a Sunday night and they had a tech out here by 9pm. Caden was our tech- so polite. Great communicator. Replaced the part and up and running within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the service we received!!
