Scott and Tana are super talented technicians. Their work is excellent and they listen to their customers. Been working with this family owned company for 20 years.
This is the 2nd time I’ve used the company (2nd ac system went down) and I will say they have earned a life long customer. Quick, professional service at an unbelievably great price!
Our AC went out and I tried everything I could to fix it, including replacing the capacitor. When all else failed, I called Arctic. Maddison answered the phone and was super friendly and accommodating, finding an opening the next afternoon, mid heat wave. Tana Bushnell called when he was on the way. He arrived before I got home and immediately got to work, calling me once he found the problem. When I got home, he was wrapping up and provided me with a payment link for simplicity and a military discount! He was timely, quick, efficient, friendly and respectful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll be recommending the company and using them exclusively in the future.

AC quit working sometime last night, with a high of 104 today, no AC isn't an option. I called Artic Air Company first thing this morning. Had a very professional scheduler answer and squeeze me in for a same day service call( I'm an electrician, that's un heard of)! Tana, the tech, came out and diagnosed/swapped the capacitor in 20 minutes flat. Guy is a true tradesman and a professional that knows his stuff! Already recommended Artic to a friend and will be having them back out for a full AC checkup soon. Thanks guys!
Honest, fast, and knowledgeable. I had another company come out when our AC was acting up (blowing warm air, no cold). They charged me $350 just to figure out what was wrong, and then provided a proposal for $1,400 to fix the problem (labor only). I called Artic to get a second proposal because those numbers seemed way too high. The first company had told us not to run the AC at all or it could damage the system. Artic was able to come out same day to make sense of the situation. Scott was awesome and professional and informed that the other company was wrong and the price was outrageous even if they were right. So glad I called. The repair will cost $341. I think I found my "AC guy". After the repairs are complete and prove true, I'll definitely be passing on the info to my neighbor who is having similar issues with his AC.

My A/C quit working on a Saturday afternoon and I called Scott at Artic Air to see if he could help me. He came within about an hour and a half, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly so that my A/C unit began cooling again. I have used Scott in the past and I highly recommend him. He also took videos of before and after the repair so that I could share them with my HOA and our landscapers because the damage was done by ants getting into the unit.

Artic Air came to my home on a Saturday very late afternoon emergency call even though I had never used them before. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem with my A/C. By 7:30PM, it was up and running fine and cooled down my house quickly. I very much appreciated their professional response to my problem and it gave me much relief that I didn't have to wait in 90+ heat for days for someone to come out and fix my A/C's sudden problem.

I was misdiagnosed twice by two large companies and knew that I was being BS'd. A friend referred me to Arctic because of awesome work they did for her before. Tanna came in and correctly diagnosed our problems. When the team fixed and correctly installed our duct work, they also removed all the old ducts and you can't tell they were ever up there! Every room is now frosty cool. Katherine made sure we were well taken care of all through the process and is superior customer service!!! Scott and his team really took care of us and made sure we were 100% ater the install was complete. If you are looking for the best, call Arctic Air!
They came when they were supposed to and got it done quick.
The Arctic team is fantastic. Scott’s honesty saved us thousands of dollars. Two other companies refused to do anything but sell us a new condenser. Scott came in, assessed the issue and determined a fix, without trying to upcharge us, or sell us any new equipment. Our AC is now blowing cold, and we didn’t have to drop thousands on new equipment. I will absolutely be coming back to Arctic when it’s time for a new system. Arctic for Life!

We have been customers of Arctic Air for over 8 years now. They did the original installation of our system and have done a spring checkup every year to be sure the system is ready for summer. I appreciate their quick response and professional service. We don't use anyone else!
