Fair. In one word, that describes my experience. I liked Chris, he was straight forward and told me what he really thought. He could have upsold me, but he didn’t. Everything was quick and looks great. Pricing was also much better than larger outfits, using Carrier products. Will call Chris again, ultimately that’s the biggest compliment I can give.
