Professional AC & Heating

I just had an excellent experience with Professional Air Conditioning and Heating. Our AC went out today due to circumstances beyond our control and Domingo dropped everything to come deliver a portable AC unit to us at 10 pm. We've never worked with him before and he didn't ask us for anything in return. I am beyond impressed with the kindness he showed and the knowledge he was able to share when he saw our situation. If you need air conditioning or heating repair or installation, this guy is honest and genuinely a good person!

What a pleasant experience it was to have Domingo work on my A/C units. He took the time to explain what repairs were needed and suggested adding a hard start kit to reduce startup power consumption to increase the useful life of my unit, without pushing me for a decision. My impression was that he is an honest person and his goal is to provide the highest customer satisfaction and build his business by referrals from satisfied customers. I will be using Domingo for all my future HVAC work.

This man literally stopped by on his way to spend a night out with his family to fix our ac unit to provide ac for my family. We are customers for life now.

My AC stopped working on a holiday weekend. They returned my call quickly and arrived within the hour even though it was long past reasonable working hours. They did a work around to get it going until they could get the part and fix it correctly. They were so very helpful. Domingo went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Everyone I dealt with was so very courteous and helpful. They made getting my unit fixed their priority regardless of the late hour. He saved me in this Texas heat and he did not price gouge me.

Professional AC & Heating are truly skill professionals. I have been in my house all day without a/c, called everyone in town. My two concerns were availability and affordability. So I finally came across Professional AC & Heating, I ended speaking with Domingo. He said "I'll be at your house in 15 minutes}, he was right on time. He tested my system and educated me on how the a/c system works. I ended up being low on freon, so now my house is getting cooler as we speak. Domingo was definitely sincere, on time, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. If you need a good a/c guy, that's not going to try to sell you something you don't need, call Domingo. Domingo is the most upstanding person in the A/C business in the Georgetown area. He is fast, and responsive. He is the only person out of 4 different companies we called who attempted to repair our unit for 2 hours before offering a very competitively priced replacement. I had problems with my upstairs ac unit not cooling. I called Professional Ac & Heating in Georgetown. The owner, Domingo, came out that evening to check it out. After a thorough check of the unit he explained to me as to what was going on and what it would take to get it running again. He was very honest and gave me different options. His explanation was very thorough. After discussing all of the options I decided to have the whole system replaced. His total price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the available financing. I also liked the idea that he would be handling the warranty work for us. His crew came in the next day and completed the installation in one day. That made me feel very good. His professionalism and expertise was exceptional. Domingo came out at 8pm on a weekday, braved a hornet's nest, and fixed my units when most guys would have told me to replace them. He saved me like 5 grand! I am a customer for life!
