UPDATE because Juan continues to go above and beyond in his commitment to providing the best service (this time, gratis). MONTHS after he installed our duct and attic insulation, today I gave him a call to inquire about clearing out our clogged HVAC drain pipe. He could have charged to come out and clear it for us instead, he patiently and expertly walked me through and gave me immeasurably valuable advice about how to do it myself rather than hire someone (even him!) to do it for us. This has happened to us a few times since living here and now I feel so much more confident about doing it myself going forward. Juan is the type of contractor you don't come across often and wish they all had the same integrity and customer service ethic. bottom line: HIRE HIM. You won't be disappointed. Original review (May 2022): Wow. Juan is one of the most impressive, professional, and hard working individuals who has ever come to work on our home. It all started a few months ago during a routine HVAC service visit. I asked the technician from our usual HVAC company Elite Clean and Restoration to give me options for creating efficient air flows to the front of the house where it's a lot warmer than in the back of the house. Since our HVAC is only two years old it seemed strange that some rooms are still so warm and others so cool. The tech went in the attic, said they could replace some duct boxes with wye duct fittings which would redirect air more efficiently and simply blow in more insulation so we'd have roughly 16" (we had around 9" left). I called other companies just to gather quotes for the same work and Juan was the only person who didn't just give me the quote I asked for. He came to the house, climbed up into the attic, assessed the issue more carefully, and told us flat out he would not do the work because it would be a huge waste of our money if we didn't address underlying problems first (problems that the Elite Clean technician failed to even mention). Juan was awesome! He was able to come into our business, immediately diagnose the issue, and get to work. His knowledge in the HVAC industry is top notch, and his responsiveness was incredible. I highly recommend Juan or his team to knock out any HVAC issues for any job size.

We use Juan as a subcontractor for our customers whenever they express concern or ask us if we know anyone in the A/C business. He is our go to guy. We haven't received any complaints, we only get good feedback. He is professional and honest about his work.
