Excellent knowledge about an issue we were having with the ice maker. Found the problem and followed through with the warranty process.
The service is exceptional. One A/C unit went out on a Friday evening after I came home from work. I called for service and received an immediate call back the same night. I received an immediate appointment. A lizard and a bird crawled into the electrical box on the outside unit and shorted it out. He also checked my second unit as a safeguard and noticed that the capacitor prongs were black and burned (which actually saved me a second trip and repairs later). He is very knowledgeable, thorough and takes care of the customer as if he were servicing his own system. I can’t “Thank you” enough for being so honest, helpful and understanding!!!! I would recommend Jesus’ services to everyone.

Our 6 year old LG refrigerator compressor went bad. The compressor was under warranty, and XP Services LLC was one of the recommended by LG. Did a Google search of the recommended vendors and XP Services stood out. Jesus was knowledgeable and had the parts. The fridge works great now, and cost a whole lot less than replacing the whole thing. Would definitely use XP again and recommend them.
Jesús is honest and good at his job! He charges fair prices. But his honesty is something people should value in this times.
My refrigerator compressor died all of a sudden. XP was very accommodating with the schedules and I didn’t even have to work with LG customer care to get the replacement compressor. They worked in the background and did an impressive job of getting it fixed pretty fast. Technician who came was very professional as well!
Would not hesitate to use this company again. Over and above. Very respectful of my home. Good communication.

This is the second time we’ve called XP, and they’ve been incredible! Responsive, fit us into the schedule and determined the problem with our HVAC system quickly. On top of all that, affordable! We appreciate y’all so much, thanks again!
The owner is awesome. He came out for a quick diagnostics and realized that the board was faulty. He was able to work with LG and had the board / switch replaced all covered. Fast response and always on time. He even used shoe covers to keep your house clean. I would strongly recommend his service to anyone.
Awesome service. The faulty part was a water pump located deep in my washing machine, and the repair was done quickly and professionally, and extra care was taken to keep my floor clean and un-scuffed and dry. Very professional. Great job!
