We have used Doug's company for our 20,000 + sqft office building as well as our residential needs since 2001. I will not use anyone else and I recommend him to all our friends and business associates. His team is the best in this business - truly exceptional honest and hard-working people. And we love that its a family business with Jim Bob by his side. The AC unit he installed in May 2020 at our house is running smoothly and without issue which is what we have come to expect from Doug and his team.
This company is the absolute best! Doug is always honest and a straight shooter. When he diagnoses your problem, you can believe him. You don't have to worry, he will get it repaired if it can be, and replaced if it needs it. We highly recommend Doug, Jim Bob, and their team!

I have been using Doug and his crew for 10 years plus for regular maintenance on my AC/Heating unit. I highly recommend them, for their experience, knowledge and fair pricing on maintenance and repairs. Most recently I appreciate the prompt service call that was made for my 90 year old mother's home, very prompt, courteous, and professional working with a Senior and getting her home cool again! Doug and his employees have always been fair and their work holds up! I’d you want someone who gets it done perfectly the first time, I highly recommend! I trust this business to treat me right.
