I bought an annual service plan for my 2 HVAC units in September 2022. I was told that we would be called when it was time to service the units in the March/April time frame. In early April, I called to set an appointment since I hadn’t heard anything, I was told that they were booked until late May. I asked to set an appointment, and was told that they don’t set appointments for the preventive maintenance program. How are they booked so far in advance if they don’t take appointments? Who knows when my units will be serviced? UPDATE 7/4/23: I STILL have not received service. I called in early June and was told, once again, that they were busy through August. I asked for a manager to call me, but I have never received a response. I do not believe they intend to fulfill their obligations THAT I PAID FOR! Next stop for me is to file a complaint with the BBB. Failing an answer there, I’ll look at other options.

My outside unit wasn’t running and I narrowed it down to a bad contactor. Called On-Time Services and they came out within 90 minutes and confirmed my diagnosis. Joey & Lance took the time to check if the system was still under warranty, as well as explain costs when we learned it wasn’t. They quickly fixed the issue and waited to verify it had, in fact, been resolved. I definitely recommend On-Time Services and hope you’re lucky enough to have Joey and Lance as your technicians!

Review two years in the making. Techs are very professional and great staff, but I have been less than satisfied with a new AC purchase 2 years ago. Purchased two new ac systems exact same systems but one has been great and the other the thing of nightmares. After it was installed my living room was flooded and thankfully they did repair the ceiling damage but the ceiling fan doesn’t work to this day. Two years in on that same unit, it is now over producing condensation and already having issues. It’s likely already in need of repairs. Two year old system! Not been happy or satisfied with the unit. Feel like it has never worked properly.
