NTx Air Pro serviced/repaired my HVAC this last Friday. We have a complaint the furnace fan is not kicking in sync with the outside compressor. They approach the issue by going at the most probable cause, the capacitor. The capacitor was in a awkward position still they were able to get to it with very good attitude. They were very professional, on time, clean. First, they check the condition of the old capacitor, verify it was out of spec/bad and they replaced with a new one. Before they install the new capacitor, they verify the value is good. After that, they ran diagnostic on the compressor and charge the AC. This thorough verification of the HVAC system earns our respect and trust. Its been a few days, the AC is running like a champ and very cool down very quickly..and the best part is, they did not put a dent on our budget. Thank you NTx Air Pro for a no BS service. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful service! They arrived on time for the installation, we had the whole HVAC unit replaced, the whole process took about 5-6 hours. Khoi was very friendly, professional, and helpful, he gave answers to all my concerns with advices, deffinitely would reccomend!

Khoi really helped me out! I had a large HVAC company come and do a Tune up for my two furnaces, and I felt like they were scamming me into purchasing new equipment that I did not need. So I called Khoi for a second opinion, because he came highly recommended from the neighborhood. I called him in the morning, and he came by that afternoon. Very professional, clean, honest, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns on safety and was very thorough. He confirmed my suspicions, and provided proof through pictures as to what was wrong with my system and my issue was resolved without having to buy a new furnace but simply by doing a proper tune up and replacing broken sensors. He is definitely my go to HVAC guy! Thank you, Khoi!!😀

First time using NTX Air Pro, and I was very impressed with what Khoi has done for my family and I. Last Saturday night we noticed that our AC unit was not working. Mind you, we have a 8 month old baby and trying to sleep in the heat was not good. I called Khoi at 7am on Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail and later receive a call back stating that he would come on Monday between the hours of 8am-12pm. That was not the case. Khoi said, “I’ll be there at 9am.” He arrived at 8:30am on a SUNDAY! He checked our whole AC system and fixed it. Super quick and professional. We will be forever grateful for him. THANK YOU, KHOI!
NTX Air Pro team is amazing! My AC was not working during this 100+ degree weather. Thanks to Khoi and his team member for helping us with installing a new AC unit! They install it as soon as possible especially when they found out I had 2 elderly ladies at home who needed AC. We appreciate their amazing work! Our ac motor burnt out and even though it was late Mr. Nguyen came over as fast as possible and in no time at all had everything fixed and running again! Truly a life saver in TX summers!

Khoi and NXT Air Pro is nothing but professional and responsive. He services my mom’s house too and is always available and very detail in his explanation of any issue. He found an issue (kill switch accidentally bump) that I caused myself trying to search for the air filter by opening up the furnace panel. He could have stated it was a blown transformer or anything else and I would have most likely rolled with it. I appreciate the honestly and he just charge for a service trip! Highly recommended!!
Called when my 20 years old AC stopped cooling. The owner came to check and fixed the issue in the end. There were complications but it was due to my AC being way too old and complete repair was no longer possible. The owner was really honest and fair about the way he approach business.
