We purchased the AC maintenance plan after having our unit replaced. Miller's Heating & Cooling called me when the recommended maintenance time came up. Our technician was not only on time but early. He was professional and communicative. Definitely appreciate having a company like this in our corner for AC work during the summers.
They were super professional explained what was wrong with our system and gave us numerous options. We opted to have our entire system replaced. When they came out the day of the appointment they were on time. They laid tarps all over our house. They left the house clean. Gage and Cameron were so quiet when working you hardly knew they were in the house. 100% recommend them. Chaz was awesome

The technician who came by was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed by a few things the tech noticed that were actually left off from a previous repair by another vendor. I am happy we connected, the tech fixed our system and left us with some great tips to keep our system running perfectly.
Miller's Heating & Cooling did a great job that included moving the big AC unit to another side of the house. The 2 men on the install team were knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was cleaned and replaced when the job was completed. I recommend this company for all your future AC or Heating needs.
Anthony was very professional. He diagnosed our AC problem quickly, provided the replacement component, checked the whole system and had us up and running within a couple of hours. Our air handler unit is not placed in an area that’s easy to access but Anthony got to it without any problem and without complaint. 5 stars all the way.
Made an appointment and about 2 hours into the arrival time I called back to check and see if someone was still coming and they said “oh, they are in a big project and I will call them to see if they are still coming and I will call you back”. Never called back. Never came. Poor service man
Our fresh air intake was on the outs so we reached out for a few bids from different professionals around the valley. Miller's Heating & Cooling was one of those companies and not only did they have the best price for the repair they were fast, friendly, and delivered a higher quality product than was originally quoted at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone and they are definitely at the top of our list for any future service and maintenance calls.
Miller's Heating & Cooling installed our central AC a couple months ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. We found them through a relative. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly and we love our new system. Would highly recommend.
Miller's Heating & Cooling is who our Home Warranty recommended. We had to have them come service the A/C last spring, and just had to have the Furnace serviced today. Both times our technician was professional and kind. He explained the issue, the resolution, and then made a recommendation for a yearly preventative furnace/air condition cleaning/service. We will continue to use this company.

Ben showed up to my house and was a great technician. He was helpful and efficient. He answered all the questions I had and was fixed my unit in a short time. Would definitely recommend.
I reached out to multiple businesses on Monday to get quotes for an installation on a July holiday and only a handful reached out. I wasn't disappointed at Ben's timely emails to set up an appointment. Not only was he punctual this morning but he was courteous, friendly and cares about the quality of the work he does. As other posters have mentioned, he educated me on tips on how to keep my filter clean and how to manage the unit. I would recommend him for future installations. He's a quality professional!
Very professional. Arrived on time. Ben was amazing and thoroughly inspected our A/C to make sure everything was working properly. Fixed the problem quickly for much less than a larger company that we had used in the past for the same issue. Highly recommend Miller's Heating & Cooling.
