What can I say! I had 2 vent cleaning companies and 2 other HVAC companies come out and just advise to replace the vents. Albert and Chesney were able to provide a creative, knowledgeable, and alternative, longer term solution which actually fixed the problem instead of just a bandaid. It came out Less expensive than the bandaid vent replacement and with better air quality. Beat the timeline as well. Highly recommend and will refer!
After my 24-year-old Trane 12 Seer finally went out others recommended Liberty Air and Heat so I had them install a Trane 18 Seer unit. They got the job done and was not only professional but very personable which means a lot to me. Albert worked around my schedule even though I had other things I had to take care of. Highly recommend.
Liberty Air & Hear is hands down the greatest company I use repeatedly when things go awry. They are always quick to respond and able to resolve whatever issue I am experiencing quickly with the utmost professionalism. I could not recommend them enough, they are phenomenal.

Our burner stopped working right when temperatures dropped to low 30s :( We called Liberty air and heat and they went above and beyond and scheduled appointment the same day. Company founder and CEO Albert Chacon himself came to our house and provided wonderful service. Not only burner was fixed fast but we got lots of recommendations how we can improve efficiency of our Heating and air conditioning system. We certainly recommend Liberty air and heat.
We were referred to Liberty by others in our HOA after our A/C went out in the middle of the night. I texted them that morning and they were able to get someone out that day. After their inspection and giving us our options, we decided to go ahead and replace our entire system. No pushy sales, just honesty about what are options were and their professional recommendations. They were able to get the ball rolling quickly and were always responsive throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with from front office to crew was super professional and their installation team did a fantastic job getting our system up and running. They made the stressful and dreaded process of getting a new HVAC system easy! Highly recommend and we will use and refer them in the future.

Liberty Air & Heat have a customer for life. They were amazing!!! Our 2nd (upstairs) AC unit had gone out on a Sunday morning; in this Texas Summer Heat our upstairs reached to 94 degrees. We were HIGHLY referred by family members that recently had brand new AC units installed in their homes earlier in the year. I reached out to Albert bright and early Monday morning, as well as the main office and the whole staff was courteous, professional, and replied quickly. They were at our house by lunch time on Monday and had our AC unit up and running in less than hour. They were fair and honest and didn’t try to sell anything I didn’t need. I cannot recommend Liberty enough. They are the absolute BEST around. Highly, highly recommend and they not only have me as a customer for my AC needs they have my entire family.
Highly recommended Liberty! Our AC unit went out and Cheslie was extremely helpful and responsive to help me understand our unit and what our options are. They sourced and installed a new unit in the same day! We’re so glad they were able to help so quickly especially in the July heat!
Albert, Cheslie and team are great resources for anyone who is looking for honest, high quality and fairly priced AC systems and repair work. I have used Liberty heating and air for many years and plan to continue doing so. I refer them to all my friends!
Retrieved the name of this company off of my local Facebook following and was in the biggest bind. They were very helpful and gave me a timeframe they would be here. They were totally accurate. Albert was so nice and supportive of the issues I was having and the urgency in which the repair required. It was fixed before I went home that night and in the morning the leasing trailer was cool and ready to greet all the visitors we had that day for a big event. I can't possibly be more pleased and now that I know they have a multitude of services they provide, we will be arranging for them to become a vendor for our company to service all of our properties in the area.
Very happy with my experience. They explained everything in detail, were able to get everything back up and running in a day and even had financing options. Honest, professional and excellent communication throughout the entire process.
After getting bids from other companies, Liberty was, by far, the best. My inside unit is In the middle of my house and Albert was so careful and conscientious that you would never know he was there. Now that is is beginning to heat up outside, I can tell a huge difference in the temperature in my home. A year’s worth of filters only sweetened the pot. These guys are the best and I cannot recommend them enough. Liberty customer for life!!!

Liberty Air installed all new system on my new house (5,200 sq ft) 3 AC units were installed on time and all my questions were answered. We had to do adjustments .. but they were just one call away, and their staff was here fixing them up. Now everything is working flawlessly!! Thank you Albert!!

Liberty Air & Heat is a first class operation. As a home builder, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several different HVAC specialists, but Liberty Air & Heat has been exclusively serving my HVAC needs for almost 4 years now. They have assisted us in renovations that require service to existing equipment, replacing ductwork & ventilation, and they have assisted us in custom new construction projects. Albert and Cheslie have been instrumental in the success of a majority of our projects and we are always happy to have them onsite. Their technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, and well prepared.
