Such great service! Pedro will work so late just to make sure we have our AC unit working properly! He is so knowledgeable about the business and if there is a new unit he takes the time to learn it. Such a smart and hard worker!!

Definitely recommend. Super professional and nice people. They replaced my outdoor unit last month. They come out quick whenever you’ve got an issue and warranty their work. Much better than the big name companies for sure. A nice plus is that the people who answer the phones are really friendly and helpful.
I would absolutely recommend Hernandez Heating and Air to anyone that wants a reliable and trustworthy company to work with. This is the second time I have had them out to work on our A/C unit over the years, and Pedro was the technician both times. He showed up within an hour of me calling and walked me through what was wrong with the unit and the repairs necessary. He worked with me on the price and also gave me his cell phone number and told me I could call him directly if I had any problems afterwards. For an industry that most home owners are naive about, it is nice to know that there are still some people out there that will work with you and not take advantage of you. Top notch professional service.

This guy did a terrible job on an a large HVAC installation for my daughter that he did with another individual who was previously an employee of his who also was unlicensed. He has so many violations and fines with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (which governs all HVAC companies in the State of Texas. Check the website for yourself. He has quite a track record. He has also filed for bankruptcy: Case number: 3:19-bk-32222 - Hernandez Residential & Commercial HVAC, LLC - Texas Northern Bankruptcy Court Suggest that some of his reviews are friends rather than real customers. BUYER BEWARE

I reached out to Mr. Hernandez in the summer at my previous home when our ac was out. He had someone over the very next morning, and within a couple of hours had us up and running! I refer all my family and friends to this company and they've always come through for us! Thank you!

Customers beware, this business is very dishonest, fraud, and do not employ any service tech's only parts changers. First Jose Vasquez you should find out who you are talking to before running your mouth and being smart, my purpose was to bust you like the other times. 2 hours Jose Vasquez had no clue what was wrong so he called the invisible man who had powers to test all my parts with a meter and not be on the job his wrong diagnosis was the circuit board which the contactor was bad, so Jose said it's the circuit board. In the meantime he took a piece of wire jammed it into contactor so compressor never turned off, freezing up unit and overheating compressor, yes Jose Vasquez it's all on video you jamming the contactor. Bringing the circuit board funny how when you put it on the unit didn't run, so parts changer Jose Vasquez was lost, so then he got a contactor and wow it came on, so Jose removed a perfectly good circuit board when the contactor was the issue, I know that when you get mad if someone watches you work because of your dishonesty. Before Hernandez was called the unit was checked by an actual professional connecting a contactor to the original board on the unit working. Just for you Jose Vasquez I have a nice video I'm going to show to the state and the city for rigging the unit and causing damage by it freezing, and for charging for parts I clearly didn't need and I do agree with your comments Jose warranty voided if NON professional works on unit which is why it's urgent you stay off of it, your a/c knowledge is zero, you couldn't even properly explain how to use the thermostat properly. 2 prior times Hernandez was called before this same results, unit checked and problem recorded and Hernandez PART changers after changing several parts finally fixed a/c but couldn't fix heater although it was just a loose connection. My unit broke in the middle of summer and my house was over 90 degrees. I called and they came within 20-30 minutes and repaired. My house cooled off almost instantly. Their prices are the best around since everyone else wanted to charge me double. I have referred them to everyone I know and will continue to use their services.
