Technician was very knowledgeable & was able to find & fix problem quickly.

Came earlier than scheduled and they came out 2 hours after calling them at 1pm on Wednesday June 21st 2023 A very hot day that was awesome thank you so much and it was a commercial building not adding anything about the value no one likes spending money on stuff like this but it was definitely a fair amount to charge and two hours would of been worth more again thank you Matt J.

Everyone was very prompt and helpful. After installing my new air conditioner, they cleaned up everything like they were never there.
I have always had good experiences with this company. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and do a great job fixing any issues with our AC/Heating. They also will often give options that are helpful to me in evaluating how much i want to spend or invest in the equipment, if some kind of repair is needed.

5 stars for sales, 5 stars for technician, 4 stars for install I’ve been using Garland Heating & Air Conditioning for 20+ years: twice-a-year for maintenance and all service and repair work. When my 24-year old system decided it had lived a good life but was now done, I naturally called GHAC. Their price quote wasn’t the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. Because of my great service for over 20 years I chose GHAC. 5 stars to my sales person Ted for not trying to squeeze every dime out of me. We talked about the pros and cons of a 2-stage system and how long it would take to recoup the extra cost. Another company said I absolutely needed to change my duct work because it was dirty. Ted took a peek at my ducts, disagreed, and said to save that expense. He suggested to get the new system in and then see if there were air flow problems before spending an extra $3k. Ted was right! During the install I got a good look into my ducts and saw that they were indeed quite clean (HEPA filters really do work). Ted was also ALWAYS responsive, kind, courteous, friendly, listened actively, and answered my dozens of questions. I never felt pressure. 4 stars for the install. The install crew did a decent job however I have a few gripes which knocked off a star. Without getting into details, the issues were with a crimped duct connection to the plenum, mastic sealing only on the easily-accessible ducts, and a loose support strap holding up the center (heaviest) section). Per my request to fix these issues, Ted sent a technician (not an install person) to me the next day. 5+ stars for my technician David. David did such an AMAZING job finishing up the sealant, sealing in extra places, and tightening up the loose strap. He went above and beyond what I pointed out needed fixing, and did super high-quality work. David was also friendly, kind, and patient answering my questions. I will be using Garland Heating, And Air for all of my heating and cooling issues. The service guy was very professional very friendly. Explain the problems that we were having and went over it with me thoroughly.Matt was very professional and knowledgeable.
More interested in replacing the entire system than making repairs. Charged $300 for nothing . We agreeded upon a $175 trip charge which included 30 minutes diagnostic, they chargedme $300 total an extra 1 hour diagnostic and texh was only at the property 20 minutes. Tech did not even reassemble the unit. Ended up getting a new blower motor installed for $250. This company just wants to install new units . Save your $ and use someone else, this company is terrible .

Nothing but good things to say about Garland Heating and Air. Scheduling is simple. They're always on time. Technicians are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Each that we've had out to service our system has explained in detail what they will be doing, took time to educate me about my system (I learn something new every time), and have always given me multiple opportunities to ask any questions.
Quoted me $1800 to resolder a low pressure coupling that was only a foot from my condenser after paying $500 to put 2lbs of freon in the unit. Had zero freon in it within a day.
The technician was fast and knowledgeable, very nice and courteous.
