Always slow. You’ll wait Even if you’re only person there and 2 behind counter. Also many times I’ve been told order is in only to show up and be told order isn’t there. Couple times items shipped to wrong store. But counter people are at least completely disinterested in helping so there’s that.
It gets packed in the store, and kind of slow because of staff shortage like everywhere. You just have to be patient.👍🏽
Diana Lumbreras always has been very helpful, great service and friendly, she is also very good at solving problems when it has arisen

Warehouse guy has an attitude. Acted like it was an inconvenience for him to do his job and load my RTU with a fork lift.
