Called Aircons on late afternoon on a Friday. A tech was at my house in a little more than an hour. Was given different options to fix. I chose to replace the entire unit. I didn’t make the decision until after 9 p.m. and sent a text. I was immediately answered and told the the job could be done the next day. Today, they arrived by 9:30 a.m. The entire job was completed including clean up by 1:30 p.m. Owner even came by to introduce himself while his guys were working. We could not be more pleased. Don’t hesitate to call them, fair pricing and attention given to customer service. They are now on the top of our list for a/c work.
Excellent service. Was quoted 4K more by another company. Was referred to them from one of my contacts. Called him and Richard came out to see me next day in the morning. He helped get our office cooled down for the day and was back at our office the next morning already to replace unit. Him and his crew were fast, quiet and very respectful of customers who were in the office. I am going to start using him in the future and I will refer all my contacts.
They were able to come out within one hour of calling and requesting an appointment and fix the problem.
Richard - initial service call , arrived promptly as promised, diagnosed the issue with my very old system - from 2004, and scheduled a replacement quickly (within two days) after troubleshooting and finding the compressor was not functioning. Max - the installer arrived promptly on Saturday, as well and explained the work to be done, had his crew complete the work and programmed the new thermostat to go with the new unit about 4 hours later. Now I can monitor and change my temperature on my iPhone. They were professional and kind and my indoor temp is normal again. I would recommend these teams to anyone whose air conditioning fails, for quick resolution. I had called a different company that had been recommended to me, and they were booked for the next week, but recommended Aircons. I am really happy they did. Count me as a satisfied customer.

The owner Richard has a very brilliant and technical savvy team. They are quick to respond and have always done everything with perfection. I highly recommend this company. If they can handle my 7 rooftop HVAC systems I am certain they can handle smaller home units too! The receptionist has always scheduled and let us know via text when they are being dispatched to my location. They are very professional. Bill

Richard did a thorough job explaining what the system is rated to do and where it is doing it correctly and where it is not. Our upstairs unit wasn't cooling, and he explained why and answered all my questions completely. He was so patient about going over some things again for me, even though he explained it well the first time. He made sure I was comfortable with the repairs that they made, and they did it so quickly! They had all the parts they needed on the truck, which was great! He also let me know about things to watch out for, and he had pictures of everything we discussed both before and after. I was very impressed!
They came out and reprogram my thermostat, since we had a outage on our block for at least 3 hr . Very thankful for the staff. Thumb up for me.
