I really lucked out that WinTex was sent out through Landmark, my warranty company, to figure out a leak around my hot water heater in our new house. They were fast in scheduling a technician to assess the problem, they were honest when it needed one of their master plumbers and immediately got him on the problem and they were great at communicating what was going on. I have needed a plumber 3 more times since that first call, and I always make sure that Landmark sends them out! I appreciate their customer service and accessibility, not to mention their quality work! They are the only plumber our house needs!

This is by far the most honest and professional plumbing service. They installed our toilets, fixed our leaking water heater pipe, and even helped us diagnose an issue with our Furnace. We will definitely work with them in the future!!
A cheat company we got a water eater that was not installed properly and tech does not want to comeback to correct the job I had to get another comp to corrective work cost me$200 I should have known he insisted on getting cash for the new heater. i will report them to BBB
Wintex Mechanical repaired my Water Heater and my leaking toilet. I feel they went above and beyond what I would have expected. They were also very polite and professional from start to finish. I will definitely use them in the future.

My first review ever in my life, but it needs to be written. Do not use this company, they will do everything they can to scam you out of more money. Pretty sure it’s a crooked couple running this place. Thanks Landmark home warranty for hooking me up with this super highly rated company. Pretty obvious from the reviews that this not much of a company, but I’m sure thanks to you companies like these stay a float because you have no standards.
Very rude lady. Very unprofessional. Do not give them your business . There are other companies out there who charge less and are nice and professional. Ghetto person answering phone. They were sent through my home warranty. My a.c. was so old it needed to be replaced but he told me there was a leak and he needed to do a leak test for $250 and that not to worry about spending a little bit of money bc he would get me a new a.c. through the warranty. After them not coming out when scheduled more than one time, I went with another company. The other company told me my Freon levels were normal and there was no need for a test. Only that it was an old unit and needed to be replaced. This company just wanted to make an easy $250 off of me!! Don't trust them.
Took them almost 2 weeks of constant harping in order to get our ac fixed. They don’t call back when they say they will and our work was pushed back multiple times. I brought this up to the woman answering the phones and she litterally started shouting at me. They obviously don’t have enough technicians but instead of telling people that and giving them a reasonable estimate of how long the work will take they just limp along trying to get stuff done. Now, less than two months later my AC is broken again, doing the same thing, and they’re not returning my calls again! I’m only calling to see if they warranty they’re work otherwise I would never call again.
I have a terrible experience with this company. There is one lady who answers the phone and 1 technician who is very rude. Please do not trust them also dont waste your money on them. Go with someone who is more professional and educated on customer care. Contact me if you need proof of what they did to me.
Best plumber ever
As a previous home owner and a renter, this is the worst insurance contracted repair company available. Lousy unprofessional technicians, unreliable shortcut repairs and shoddy craftsmanship. They were contracted to replace the air handling unit in our attic. The technician fell through the ceiling into the kitchen, failed to hookup the condensate drain line and didn't reinstall the secondary drain pan properly to allow the condensate to drain. Now I have a giant hole in my kitchen ceiling and water leaking from the overhead. Oh yeah and water is running down the electrical lines shorting out my kitchen lights. Worst company ever.
worst experience of my life they fixed a pipe under my sink 2 months later the fitting they installed broke i sent pictures and video they wouldn't come out and fix it they wouldn't call back and eventually screened my calls. horrible workmanship horrible customer service save time and money go somewhere else
