They came to do semiannual service check and discovered a problem. They worked with us to find an economical solution which actually provided us with a thermostat which is more user friendly.

Great company and excellent customer service. Blanca was the rep and Louis installed my new HVAC. They were both incredibly nice and very professional. Honest quote compared to others (and I had several vendors give me an estimate). They were the most honest about the cost. I highly recommend this co.

I was extremely pleased with Dallas Air Solutions. I contacted them to check on my elderly mother-in-law because the air condition was not cooling properly. They actually scheduled a same day visit (at a fair additional cost which I was more than happy to pay since no other company would even schedule a same day visit). The technician was professional, and used COVID safeguards while he did his inspection and maintenance. He showed up as scheduled and I was notified via text when the technician was on the way, and after he left which was convenient since I was not available to be there for the visit. They contacted me to let me know the problems and what the price would be prior to any work. Thank you to Dallas Air Solutions for going above and beyond to help my family!
Dallas Air Solutions is wonderful. Ricky has serviced my AC and Heat systems for years. Extremely dependable, very thorough, stand behind their work! And besides the great service they are so nice. Ricky is great and wouldn't want anyone else to service my units!!

Dallas Air Solutions provided a turnkey solution to a new A/C unit for both inside and out. They were fast, professional and did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. They came in, did the job, and cleaned up afterwards. I received instructions on my new equipment from the site manager. Their warranties are amazing. Dallas Air Solutions needs to be the first company you call. Don't wait for your old unit to go out.

My first time using Dallas Air Solution. The technician (Juan) arrived within the time frame set. He arrived wearing his mask and introduced himself, which I appreciate. He was very nice, polite and came across trustworthy. He checked everything & found the issue (fuse link needed to be replaced) He completed the job within 30 minutes & made sure everything was working properly & he asked if I had any questions once the job was completed. My only disappointment is the charge, which I feel was quite pricey. Service fee $79 & $210 for parts & labor. A total of $289, but Juan was excellent!........I will probably give them another try.
Joseph was great! Very knowledgable and friendly and cleaned my AC units. They look like new. I wouldn't use anyone else.
My 28 year old Luxair Unit finally went out after 28 years. They came out to look at the unit and see if it could be fixed for the time being. They give me lots of options to assist me financially and the end result was a 16 seer Goodman system (AC, Furnace and Coil). This was affordable and upgraded the current unit. The team that installed it took there time and cared for my property during the process. They were very clean and left the space cleaner and better then when they arrived. Dallas Air Solutions keeps us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Ricky and the guys have always been great at keeping our systems running even after hours and weekends. I use them for my residence as well just upgraded our units for more efficient units for a great price.
