I've used Elston Aire for several years. They have always done great work. I use them every fall and spring to make sure my a/c and heater are working well. I've save money on my electrical and gas bills bc they keep my systems running efficiently. Recently my a/c was not working and they were able to come the same day and complete all the repairs. Devon (tech) is always professional when working on repairs and explaining information.

I recently received a service visit concerning my ac/heating unit. The technician (Devonne) was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns, It was a very pleasant experience followed up by a call from an admin regarding any concerns. I will definitely use Elston Aire in the future for my ac/heating needs

ElstonAire is a very professional and a reliable company. I had my ducts replaced back in 2019. They were very affordable and beat other companies prices. The guys that came out to perform the work were on time, professional, efficient, and clean. I was very impressed. After that experience, I decided to use them to service my HVAC unit and again the same great service. I would definitely recommend ElstonAire for all you HVAC needs.
I was incredibly pleased by their service and professionalism both with the in-person and administrative teams. I heard of the company through a neighbor who also highly recommended them to me. They showed up on time exactly when they said that they would, provided a fair quote for the repairs needed, made the repairs exactly as discussed and followed up by phone a few days later to ensure my satisfaction. We used ElstonAire over 3 years ago to repair our AC system, needless to say, they did a superb job. Recently, last week to be exact, a complete checkup on both of our AC units was required. Fast, reliable and honest! Had them check out my HVAC system for the Spring and my technician went above and beyond! He even took pictures inside my attic (which I'm afraid to go into to) to show me the before and after of the work he did. Excellent service!
Had made an appointment for my semi-annual system maintenance. Jason arrived at the appointed time. Did the maintenance quietly and efficiently. I've used ElstonAire at two different residences. The first house we had been scammed by another company that had sabotaged our outside unit and lied about what happened. We felt like that was fishy, and ElstonAire came out and talked us through why what the other company had claimed was not accurate. They were honest, helpful, reliable, and got the job done. I knew when I moved that they would be the first people I called if I had a problem.
