Casper Heating & Air Conditioning was great to work with. I used them to fix my AC that stopped working in the middle of the summer. I called several times in the same day to ensure I was doing everything that my home warranty company needed. I was extremely pleased with the service.
It was a great experience from start to finish! Our AC completely went out 5 days before our scheduled install. They sent someone out the next morning to fix it until our new install, free of charge! Actual install was quick, the guys were very professional, and they left the job site spotless. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking for a new system or routine maintenance. When the furnace at my business went out, Casper Heating & Air Conditioning showed up quickly to check it out. It turned out, our dinosaur of a furnace needed a part that is no longer manufactured. The repair guy rebuilt the part on the spot with parts he had in his truck. Highly recommended.
Our AC stopped working all of a sudden. Technician from Casper Heating & Air Conditioning was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the problem pretty quickly. He was very kind and courteous. Would definitely use Casper Heating & Air Conditioning in the future if any other problems arise .
The team at Casper Heating & Air Conditioning was great. The installer was extremely patient walking us through all the options for installing a/c into our century home without destroying its character. The installation crew was courteous and cleaned up each evening before leaving. The a/c works a treat and we look forward to many comfortable summers to come.
Vincent was great; checked out the system and found a simple fix; continued to check the system to make sure it was up to specifications. Explained everything he checked and we reviewed this all together. Proven company that I've trusted for over 4-years now; will surely use again when necessary.
