Was assigned by my home warranty company. I am glad weather has not reached its hell levels. This company did not even bother to call me to let me know when will they be able to visit to check my AC. Called for my work order on May 17, it is now May 22, and not heard from them. Wont even answer my phone calls. The first time I called them , guy was like yes, I have assigned a tech and he will contact you tomorrow... yeah right! I just called my warranty company to assign me another provider since this one had not customer service whatsoever.
Called home warranty about servicing our AC unit, had electrician out to assure there was power to the unit. They gave us their google contact phone (which was never answered) left message, got no reply called them back google voicemail again, call home warranty, told they’d be here today. Never called/emailed us, called home warranty to transfer service. They called as we were on the phone with the warranty company to say they could (schedule us for tomorrow because they just got the order today) … avoid, do not recommend hugely un professional.
We added onto our house but our contractor didn't do electric. We needed someone who could install some outlets for us in the new space and C&G Services did a great job. They came out quickly and got right to work. On top of the fact that they did a great job with the outlets, they also did a great job communciating with us throughout the project. I really couldn't recommend these guys more. They are the best electricians I could have asked for.
The team from C&G did an amazing job. They installed recessed lighting for us which required a ton of attention to detail but the end result was absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I loved working with them. They are so great at the work they do. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.
My HVAC stopped cooling and my home warranty company assigned Rayford. After explaining the urgency of the situation, he said he'd be out there in a day or two. After a couple days of waiting and leaving messages with no response, I finally got through and he said he'd send a tech out, but it'd be two more days. He canceled on me after four days of waiting with no AC, and I had to start from square one. I think it's very unprofessional to string someone along for days, only to cancel. Luckily, the new contractor assigned was much more responsive. I do not recommend this company!
Out A/C was blowing hot air. Our warranty company (ORHP) referred our problem to Rayford. They never called us; never returned our calls; never showed up. I was finally forced to do some troubleshooting, determined the issue, and made the repairs myself.
I had no AC in the main system of my house and had homeowners warranty who subcontracted the work to Rayford. The technician arrived on April 6th and after some time thinks the zone board was bad. He told me he would call around to see if anyone had it and let me know. He stopped by just before lunch and I called/texted him hours later to see what he found out and he never responded. I contacted the owner and it was close to 5pm. He wasnt aware of my issue but read about it then told me he would need to contact the warranty company to see if it was covered or not and call me back the same day. I called the warranty company and they were closed so I contacted the owner again to let him know they were closed. What upset me is the fact a half a day was wasted doing nothing when they couldve secured the part and be ready to fix it the next day which I wouldve gladly paid for the services and for the part. The owner told me he would call around for the part and would need about 3 hours but would call me. Im on day 2 and still no phone call. I ordered the part and had it delivered today and my AC is working. Stay far away from this company because they could care less about you when you need help. It amazes me as a business owner myself Rayford is still in business because of my experience. Thank goodness it has been cooler and we dont have small children. I do understand there is a process but I had to seek out the answers as Rayford was not responsive at all. Where is my phone call to let me know you found my part? Where is the phone call to let me know are you going to fix it or not. 2 days have passed and nothing. I knew the next day it was not going to be authorized but did you call, nope. This is exactly what I'm talking about. Pretty quick to reply my review but it seems making a phone call to me is unnecessary. Totally unprofessional and you give business owners a bad name. Homeowners warranty sent them out to my house. Need to replace a part and its taken two week. Got a text on the 21 saying part was approved and here we are may 7 and still no part. Tried to call and won't answer phone nor return calls.. beware Edit to update to owners response First of all yes I understand how my warranty works as I got a text that my part was approved on April 21. Called last Friday and spoke to what I believe is the owner and asked what was taking so long and he said give me a couple of hours to get with KEVIN and I'll call you back.. NOTHING still haven't gotten a phone call... got a text msg. Finally came this morning to put my part on... would highly suggest you use someone else if your warranty company assigns them to you
Beware: $75 house call fee. I did call and say the air was blowing, but room wasn't cooling. Service guy found NOTHING wrong with air ducts or unit said I should try different curtains. It's just nice to KNOW up front you charge a fee.
I have used them for several of my properties and the service is nothing short of spectacular. I can call Carl and let him know what I need and he'll have the whole crew ready to go without me having to be onsite. This company has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and that is very rare to find nowadays. Pricing is always great as well as the quality of the work. I highly recommend you use this company as the experience is one of a kind with them as a family based business should be. Thanks for always working on my many projects and doing exceedingly well with them too!
Super professional, super friendly, honest, respectful & trustworthy! We had our HVAC replaced; I contacted several companies prior to selecting Rayford A/C & Heating company. Most companies provided outrageous quotes for the same or a compatible system. Rayford A/C & Hearing was the final company I contacted for a quote. In speaking with Carl; I immediately felt comfortable & confident that they would bre able to provide me with the service we needed. After my husband & I compared quotes, warranties & reccomendation we settled on this company & I must say; I COULD NOT be more pleased. It's been offer a year since we've replaced our unit & its working better than expected! In our 3000 square foot home, our thermostat is constantly on 77 & it's totally comfortable for me; my husband, it's too cold so he layers up! I personally interacted with Carl & Kevin regularly before during and after the with was completed & I am thoroughly impressed with their work performed! I had been kept informed every step of the way through the entire process & I've been contacted in recent simply to insure my system was operating as expected. In this day and age; customer satisfaction has taken a back seat. Customer service is equally as important to me as the products or services I seek. I couldn't be more pleased with the decisions nade to go with this company & I am sure you will be pleased as well should you choose them to perform your services. Unlike most big companies; they have honest pricing, honest work & they stand behind their word if given the opportunity to! Try them; I'm sure you'll like them too! An Honest Customer

New ac unit works awesome! Had a few hiccups along the way, nothing major and Carl rectified as quickly as he could. Would definitely call them again for ac work.
Worst most unprofessional experience I can describe. This company was sent through our home warranty company. The never showed up on time and it has been a project that has lasted months resulting in our family not having A\C in over 2 months. Company and tech refuse to return calls, are never on time, never have the tools to finish the job. I’ve never dealt with a company that was such a nightmare and literally refused to communicate with us. They came three different times and didn’t have the tools or man power to complete the job. Every time they didn’t have the proper equipment to do the job it took literally days before they would come back.
Horrible service and work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take advantage of women and will take your money without doing the proper work required!!! They will keep having to come out to do work that should’ve been done the right way to begin with!!!! You will continue to have problems with your unit until you call a reputable company that will come out and do great service!!! Don’t waste your time and money on this sorry company!!!
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Unprofessional unethical and affiliated with C G servicec....per credit card receipt and transaction. No INVOICE for service provided. Owner collected money but not at all concerned with services provided and made no effort to rectify mess created by excon felon workers trying to undermine company and work on side demanding cash payments. Owner refused to evaluate services rendered by his CROOKED employees. LAWSUIT FILED
I called them the day before services were needed for a/c and electrical work at our home. They were available early the next day to come out. Reasonable pricing, but the sheetrock subcontractor used wasn't too friendly.
I have used this company many times over the years on my home and rental property. They have always been dependable and professional. I would highly recommend them for heating and air services.
The professionalism from beginning of Installation To the end of our new A/C unit and Furnace was indeed worth the highest praise our Family could give. Thank you Rayford!
This company does great work !! They installed a new AC Unit in my home ... I'm very satisfied!!! More than satisfied !! They made sure everything was working perfectly!! !! And did the work on good time ... I Highly Recommend This Company!!!!
