We have used George Wayne Electrical for several issues we have experienced and have had technician Kolebie out on more than one occasion. He is always professional, courteous and quick to problem solving. He has always listened to our ideas as well as proposed more insightful fixes. We have been very satisfied with every interaction with this company. Would highly recommend there services!

Jason and Colby worked on a Gfci outlet that wasn't working and within a few minutes they were able to correct the problem and it is working again.
I recommend George Wayne Mechanical for all your electrical and HVAC needs. I needed a quote for electrical work that needed completed, called GWM on a Thursday, and a technician was on-site the following day. It turns out the technician was the owner, Seth, who was salt-of-the-earth and explained all the worked I needed done in simple terms. Seth along with the GWM office administrator provided me several quotes by the end of the day which allowed me to pick a quote that worked with my financial budget. The GWM office administrator went beyond my expectations with allowing me to tailor one quote to more specific needs. The online platform that GWM uses for quotes and payment was easy to navigate and broke the charges to the line level, so I knew what every charge was. At no time was I pressured into choosing GWM, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other tradecraft businesses that I had previously worked with Because of the efficiency and simpleness of GWM, I elected to use their services. There was hardly a waiting period for GWM to arrive to my residence and perform their services. Donnie, GWM Electrician arrived on time, was well-prepared, knowledgeable of his craft, and finished the job right on time. Donnie was personable, explained to me the work he was performing in simple terms, and was flexible to adjust when I asked for a minor last minute audible in plans. Donnie was even kind-enough to play with my pup as the pup was curious as who Donnie was and what he was up to all day. For the above-mentioned reasons, I will call GWM when it is time for the next phase in my project and recommend anyone in the Fort Worth-area call them for any electrical/HVAC needs. -Axton D
Colby and Jason did a great job replacing my electrical panel. They are very thorough and professional and have given me peace of mind knowing that my home electrical system is up to date and safe. I have used GWM for several electrical jobs and they also do my HVAC maintenance. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.
Dalton came out to our place and did AC maintenance since it's that time of the year. He was punctual, polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable. These folks have never tried to over sell or over repair anything. They do what's needed to be done at a decent price considering the quality of work.
Donny was on time and worked efficiently. The job was more complicated than we thought. He worked until he figured it out. He was friendly and professional. I have use George Wayne Mechanical before and i will use them again. Their work is always excellent.
I was overly impressed with the quality, value, and customer service received from George Wayne Mechanical. From my first interaction with Eric, through my onsite experiences with Donnie, Kolbe, and Jason, GWM never let me down and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The quality of installation was exceptional and I have experienced no issues with any of the work so far. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for great quality, at a fair price, and delivered with the customer experience as a top priority. We will definitely use George Wayne Mechanical & Electrical again. Donnie was on time and very knowledgeable. He figured out our issue right away and did the repair. Donnie was courteous and friendly.

Donnie was EARLY! They said 3pm but he called and asked if he could arrive early and I said of course. He was able to fix our problem quickly and the first time. Super good Godly man.
I called GWM on Wednesday morning requesting help with electrical panel. Part of our house had power but the rest was dead. After calling the power company and them sending a crew out. They informed me that the main breaker in our panel was bad. After GWM arrived they quickly reviewed the information the power company had gave me. They determined that the main breaker was not a fault and that we had lost one leg of the electrical supply. I called and got the power company back to our house . They disconnected the power and removed the meter. It was discover that the wire from the power feed on our side of the meter was loose and not making contact as it should.GWM tech discovered that the wire was burnt and needed to be replaced. They didn’t have wire with them so they had to leave to get the wire. After they left the power company informed me that they had to be notified by 1 pm to get the power cut back on today. It was 11.30am at that time. When the tech arrived back to our house at 12.15. I informed them on what the power company had told me. The tech said no problem we will get it done. At 12.50 they called the power company and told them they were ready for power. While waiting for the power company . I talked with them about replacing the ac unit. They told me that there company also did that work also. They went the extra mile and even set us up with a appointment to get a quote to replace our ac until. Unknown to us. When the power company restored the electricity. Our ac unit did not work. They sent a tech out and he determined the compression was bad. He spent a good 1.5 hours giving us quotes for ac units they could proved us. He was very knowledgeable about their Products and made us feel comfortable with the decision we made. In closing I have nothing but high praise for GWM from the office staff to the techs that did the work for us. I am bad with names but I hope GWM will pass along my praises for the work they done.

We called the week of July 4-9 and asked for an appt for someone to come look at my mother in laws house and Colby made an appt with my husband for Friday July 15th for an arrival window of 10am-12pm. He arranged his day to be there with his mother for her appt and those hours passed and nobody showed up and nobody called. My husband called the number that was given in the confirmation text the day before and the lady said oh well he “could” be there by maybe 2. He’s running behind. Again, we called them, they certainly didn’t let us know that. So in the mean time I called and asked for a better or more certain arrival time and the lady who answered said well I would have to call your technician Matt to ask him. I said well please call him then. She took my number, called Matt and he said “maybe” 3-4 pm. So again the time was going to change and nobody had called. I asked the lady of this was the way this company tended to do business. Do you just not show up in your arrival window and don’t give the customer the respect of a phone call? So we canceled the appt and luckily went with a company who came out within the hour. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy.
