Dugger Brothers is extremely customer friendly and very helpful. It didn't take long to have someone sent to my house. Once there, a thorough investigation was made to find the problem(s). After the fix, thorough testing was done to ensure all would be fine. Friendly and professional with a job well done!
Tom Dugger is a fine man and I consider him a friend. I bought a home from Tom in 2001.

This is anreally great company. They came out to give me a quote for a minisplit and helped with a current issue. They also came out and installed a new a/c for my parents. I think they are an honest company that does great work. Everyone we have interacted with has been professional and honest. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
These folks have their ducts in a row!! We had the best experience from Rob the estimator to Wade's crew. My daughter used them and was so happy with them, she referred them on to us. We had a 4ton 16seer which is obviously what this house needed. It feels so great to hear it softly cycle on and off, 10x less than our old unit. Forget the impersonal, corporate shenanigans; I truly recommend this family owned and operated company!!
He came after texting us he was on way, he was prompt. He checked our system and gave us suggestion as to how to work the system better. He found no problems in system,. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and smiling.
With the freeze coming I called all of the surrounding HVAC companies, and not only did they have a technician at my door in 20 minutes- their diagnostic was $50 cheaper than the other quotes. Phillip was quick, accurate, and got my furnace up n' running. I know who to call next time!
Personable, relatable, affordable, and caring. This is one of the few Air Conditioning companies with good teams. The only thing, "up in the air" about this company, is heating and cooling - which admittedly is by far the best in the metroplex.

I have been using Dugger AC for about 4 years for maintenance of my unit, recently the 25 year old unit died called Dugger and got the usual polite professional response within 24 hours they installed a new unit at a fair price, there technicians did a quick, clean professional installation. Thank you it is a pleasure dealing with a company like Dugger!
I called them around 8am Sunday because my ac was not cooling. Chris was here within an hour (he already had one call scheduled before me). Very prompt. Courteous service. Issue resolved extremely quickly. Definitely recommend this business.

Employees were very nice. Everything is so dang high, it's ridiculous how much it cost, especially when you even have a service contract with them. The employees got a 4 star but business got a 2 star.
