So we recently had a problem with our AC unit not cooling and of course it was on a weekend and after hours. I called the after hours call service and the dispatch had a tech call me within 30 minutes. His name was Stephen and I’m here to tell you he was amazing, he came within an hour and was very knowledgeable to the problem. He got me up and running. In this heat I’m so grateful for him and his service. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Airmasters technicians always call when they are on the way, and are friendly and professional once they arrive. Stephen is usually our tech, and he is very knowledgeable and honest about any work that needs to be done. The company always honors their service contracts and respond quickly to requests for service. Thank you Stephen for being a friendly face in the industry!

We will always rely on Airmasters for service. They are honest and won't try to upsell. The inside unit fan stopped working on our ac. Speaking with the technician on the phone I explained the symptom. I told him that I fear that the fan motor may have gone out but maybe it's just something else related to it. He came out and repaired it. Turned out to be the capacitor and fan relay. We were relieved that it was repaired quickly and the cost was very reasonable.
Called after hours because my a.c. stopped working and it was really hot in my home. NED the tech came out almost immediately after making the call and made the repair within an hour. I couldn’t be more thankful for Ned. Great service and explanation of everything that my unit needs. Will be calling in the future for sure with any of my a.c. needs. Ned is great, had him out a few times now. Helped go through all aspects of our smart thermostat and optimize our heating. Always professional and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.
The air conditioning went out at the small business where I work, and we called AirMasters for a second opinion. The first company we used recommended a complete replacement of the two units we have at our building. Ned arrived within a couple of hours of our phone call, and diagnosed the problem and had our A/C back up running in less than an hour. Ned is honest, professional, reasonable, and has a great sense of humor! I will be using this business for my home HVAC needs as well.

Airmasters was outstanding in every category - from Wade and Monty on figuring out what we needed and bidding the job(s) and Derek and his two 3 man crews on removal of old units, installation of new units and new ducts and insulation. Every member of the team was professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I will 100% use them again. A+ review!
I have used Airmasters exclusively for at least the last 15 years. I’ve always gotten prompt, reliable service with no surprises, even though my calls are years apart. A special shout out to Stephen who got my AC up and going today, rather than carrying it over another day for the part needed, AND remembered things like what I do for a living even though it has been several years since the last time he came out. That’s a big part of my loyalty to Airmasters—thanks, Stephen, for another job quickly and well done!
They were able to beat the price of a larger competitor by almost 2k. They were prompt and professional. So far no issues with the new HVAC system.
We called them for slab leak. He showed up on time. Performed an air test to the outside faucet and found the leak. Thankfully it was not in the slab but next to the house. He got materials needed to fix the problem. Issue resolved and so happy we used them.

AirMasters tops my list hands down, Mr. Frank always went way out of his way to provide excellent and extremely honest service, he saved me plenty of money. Airmasters gave me a competitive quote and did an efficient install. All the associates were courteous while in my home and did a great job explaining options and taking our preferences into account. System has been working well over the last couple months. I had one very minor follow-up item a few days after the installation. They were back the day after I notified and made a quick resolution. Very satisfied with the work and service.
I cannot recommend Airmasters enough. Our service person, Frank Bajamin, is the consummate professional, and just a darn nice guy. We won't consider another company for our HVAC systems.
Rowdy has been our service tech for several years and I'm always impressed with his communications and he does an amazing job working on our system. Josh Blanchette was very thorough in trying to determine the cause of our heating systems noise, even though, at the time of his visit, the system wasn't making the noise. He explained all the possible causes and answered all our questions. He was very professional.
One of the systems at my business was not cooling/heating. Called Airmasters and they came within 2 days and fixed the issue. Stephen was professional, quick and diagnosed the issue and fixed it withing minutes. Could not be any more pleased and will use them in the future. Thank you!
