Grayson was terrific. Did a terrific job evaluating our problem flood and replaced our garbage disposal. Checked everything under the sink and cleaned drains . Would use him again.

Maples Mechanical serviced our residence. Our air conditioner and plumbing both went out of order the same day, and Maples Mechanical was the company to call. They were there within a few hours and had both Plumbing and A/C fixed at a reasonable price! -Shane S.

Prompt service
I had an 10:30AM appt time which Brian at the company made with Residential Home Warranty...I followed up with a phone call, and had a good conversation with Brian. I made sure they knew I was in Spicewood, Tx. Waited all morning for them! No Call, No Email, nothing....and could not ever get someone to answer the phone! What a waste of time. I do not recommend this company at all. Their response to my original post was not at all how this experience went.
So, I’ve been nursing an old HVAC system for the last couple of years until this supply chain madness finally ends. Ol’ faithful (20+ yrs) had been keeping me cool until last week. It was 8 pm and I noticed the room temp getting warmer. As I reached my hand up to the vent, my worst fears came to fruition. I thought the system had finally died. The temperature was tolerable with the ceiling fan working full blast. I texted the fine folks at Maples Mechanical and they responded right away. Even though they were fully booked, Mark said he would fit me in. They would be at my house at the crack of dawn. True to their word, they arrived promptly and ready to go. Needless to say, I was sweating it (pun intended) fully expecting them to give me the bad news and offer to sell me a unit. As a woman, I expected they would try and pressure me into a pricey unit. After a couple of hours, the tech resurrected Ol’ Faithful from the dead! This isn’t the first time I’ve done business with Maples. They had replaced a unit at a rental 3 yrs ago and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Mark and the guys at Maples Mechanical.
Brian and his buddy (I did not catch his name) came to check on water leaking from my AC. Said it was a simple drain pipe being loose, fixed it quickly and chatted about random stuff. Very polite and relaxed, and were very nice to my cats. Would recommend them to anyone with AC issues.
This company is 5 stars all the way! From the moment you call they greet you with friendly and courtesy employees and get to your job needs quickly and timely. Once they're working it's honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. We've used them for all different home repair needs like water heater, AC, bathroom plumbing and disposal work. We will continue to call and rely on them whenever needed!
Very professional and responsive! My kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced and I was going out of town for 3 weeks. I called on Friday before I left and Mark made it a priority to get his team there and complete the job. Time was of the essence and I didn’t want to leave my family without a sink for 3 weeks. Maples Mechanical came through with such a short notice. Very professional and clean work. Highly recommended!
Fantastic service, my heater had a very obscure problem that was difficult to identify but Maples stuck with it and kept coming out very quickly to get us taken care of, highly recommended!
Maples is a miracle shop. His gang has saved me during a water heater fiasco, a/c trouble, maintenance for my Mom so she doesn't have problems and running new line for me at my new house. Mark is a throw back to a time where a person's word and a handshake actually meant something. This is the person you want to call if you need an honest service.
