Bradley the owner is super responsive and gets there that day or by the next morning! He works hard to take care of customers and his rates are very competitive. I’m super happy we found Brad and now we know we can trust and rely on a honest and trustworthy HVAC company! Thank you Bradley for taking care of my issues!
Brad is the most unbelievable service technician I have ever dealt with. Not only can he do HVAC work, but he also fixed my hot tub for under $400. One of the hot tub "experts" told me that I needed a new motherboard and it would run me well over $1000 and it still may not have fixed it. Brad went in and spent some time looking over the error codes and realized I just needed a new heating element. He found the heating element online and then spent 45 minutes on hold with the manufacturer just to make sure he had the right part. Two weeks ago he came over and fixed a problem with my heater in the attic that was not properly igniting. Yesterday I had a different problem with the unit and he was over here within an hour to fix it on a very cold and windy day. On a personal note, he is just a really good guy. He ethical, honest, humble and wants to do the best job humanly possible. He can do a little bit of everything, so if you need a fix-it guy in your directory, he's your guy. I highly recommend him to anyone and hope that his business expands from here.
