Took the 199 two visit a year maintenance package and very happy with the first service. The service person Edgar Arellano was very thorough with all the tasks listed in the package.
This is one of the best air conditioning companies I have ever used. They came out the same day I called and I had cool air within hours. I was so impressed, I immediately purchased a yearly maintenance plan. I am so glad I found them. Their HVAC technician, Edgar, is the best plus he is very friendly and so smart.
Edgar was phenomenal very fast had a solution for my problem. Got my unit fixed up and running we avoided a catastrophe. I highly recommend this company.

Would recommend this company and especially the technician Edgar! As he was finding issues he would show me and explain. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain in a way that was easy to understand. He repaired all issues and left me with a super cold AC!!

Edgar Arellano was fantastic. He informed me on information I did not know, and I was able to have a service that I did not know about. Bottom line : I will recommend this company to everyone I know and maybe one day I will see if I myself could work with those guys!!! Arrived 2 hrs after I called and brought a dead a/c back to life 1.5 hrs later! Edgar was very professional and explained what was going on very thoroughly.

Edgar was fast, professional, and most importantly, honest. He came to give us a second opinion and discovered that there was a way to repair the system, when the first repairperson had said there was not. He's now saved in my phone for all future HVAC issues.

Edgar and his team were excellent. We needed a recharge for our HVAC unit and decided it was time to replace the system. E+M installed a two stage American Standard gold 17 unit for our one story home and it has been working great and regulating the humidity well. Our home A/C had been out for 2 1/2 days. We were put in contact with this company 05/23 22 and after explaining our dire circumstances Edgar Arellano was the technician sent out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, knowledgable and seem to really be a great fit for the work he performed. He appeared to be honest and genuine. Would definitely request Edgar if I needed E+M service(s) again!
It took a week to get service. Once they came we received excellent service. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Our service guy was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy to be cool again.
Edgar and the company did a great job keeping us updated on when they would be coming to help us with our AC repair. The company was very friendly on the phone and Edgar did an awesome job! E+M crew were very professional, polite, and tidy! They were amazing, worked fast and always had the homeowners needs/happiness above all else. Extremely informative and helpful. We are so happy with our new AC System and we feel secure knowing our maintenance will be covered by this group of knowledgeable people! We highly recommend E+M!!! It feels good to have the high quality of customer service make a come back!! If we could have gave them a 10- we would have!
