My AC wasnt quite keeping up with the temps outside. I reached out to Greg's heating and air on yelp and had a response within 15 minutes. He had someone at my house 3 hrs later. The AC had a leak and needed a new part. Greg and his team were able to get the part and replace it within 3 days! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and quick with service. Highly recommend! And pricing was great!!
Came out within an hour owing to a cancellation to get our AC working again in the 100F temps, amazing service, really appreciated the maintenance advice given too.

Jonathan came out to diagnose my AC within an our of contacting the company, and it was Memorial Day weekend. He was very polite, and professional. As a woman home alone, I felt completely comfortable with Jonathan. He diagnosed and was able to install a new part in little time. He explained what he was doing, gave me options without attempting to “up sell”. He also spoke highly of his company and the quality training they receive. I find this a rare gem in this day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend!

Installed a mini-split Heat and Air unit in a rental property. Greg is always responsive and communicates well and promptly. His crew did an outstanding job and was extremely conscientious with their work along with attention to detail for everything they did. I have used Greg's Heating and Air before and will use them or refer them again in the future.
my hvac unit is 17 years old and quit working. called geg's heating and air. they came out promptly and found the problem, a bad circit board. that day they were unable to locate a new board. they advised me that if a new board could not be located the air handler would need replaced. after a couple of days one was found in another state and was shipped in and they had the unit up and running. their efforts to find the part saved me considerable amount of money.
Greg was highly responsive to my A/C problem. He returned my call immediately, and tried his best to accommodate a time that was convenient for me. I was very impressed with all these efforts. To my surprise I was even more impressed with Isaac who came right on time to repair my AC. He was well informed and answered all of my many questions. I strongly recommend Greg and his team for any AC or Heating repairs you may need.
Please do not work with this company unless you like to pay way more for fixing minor issue and get more problems that you actually have in your system. They will run around and find or cause issues that just wanna charge you for because they know people will pay anything to fix their HVAC in Texas summer. Definitely try to find some other HVAC companies.

Greg was able to come out same day to fix my AC and was very professional as well as honest as it related to the health of my AC unit. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything but rather informed me that my unit will go out in the somewhat near future due to the age and west/tear. This helped my husband and I mentally prepare and start to talk through financials so we’re ready when the day comes. I’m grateful I went with a smaller company and trusted the other reviews, they were great!

I had a different company come out when my AC stopped working and they weren’t able to get the part they needed to fix it. My neighbor recommended Greg’s Heating and air and they came out the next day to replace a broken condenser fan with the direct factory part for my unit, had my AC unit running in less than half an hour, and charged over $100 less than the original company quoted. Will definitely call Greg’s Heating and Air in the future! Highly highly recommend!!
Greg and his hardworking crew did a great job with a custom job installing plywood decking in my attic and repairing several structural issues with our air distribution system, which plugged multiple leaks and corrected an asymmetrical distribution issue throughout the house. The bid was really fair out of the gate and the work was done at a high level of quality. Everyone on the crew was really polite and thoughtful. This is a great small business.
They are perfect as it gets in service and honesty. I found not one flaw with them. I have used many home service people over the years caring for six homes at the same time for more than 35 years. You will not find anyone any better than Greg in the Austin area. I would use them again.

Greg and his crew are wonderful. I can't say enough about them. They are honest, on time, keep you updated on when they will be there, and prices are very fair. I feel comfortable knowing they are inspecting my units. Greg is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about this field. He is the expert and my go-to. I have sent friends to Greg's, and they are pleased as well.
