After setting an appt with them to have them look at why I had partial power & I gave them the research information I did so they'd have some knowledge of what to expect beforehand, they ultimately stood me up, twice.

** RED FLAG** They came out to check an electric issue, disconnected the heating strip and told my 80yo mother that he didn't feel comfortable leaving it hooked up, few weeks later they stood her up on 2 separate appointment and never return phone call when she tried to get it fixed. ....and ya'll just lied in your response, seek life elsewhere, stay away from my parents.
Augusto was very professional and personable. He was knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. Thank you to Jessica for expediting our appointment! It was a fantastic experience overall and we are already scheduling our next project.
Used Rich Services when building our new house and they did a great job. Helped us throughout the whole process and were always available to answer any questions we had along the way. I never felt like a little job to them. Always felt important and that valued. They were always easy to reach and Brendon was very responsive and quick to get back to us with anything we needed. Fast forward to several months being in our new house and we had a small issue with our unit. I reached out to Brendon and he got back to me very quickly on a Sunday afternoon. They came out the next morning to help us figure out the issue. Very appreciative of Rich Services and the work they’ve done for us and how they’ve taken care of us. I can’t recommend Brendon and the folks at Rich Services enough.
Our AC unit went down at 2 in the morning and the next day after calling over 20 companies, Rich’s was able to get us in within 2 hours that same day! I explained to the sweet lady that we have a 6 month old baby and she was able to fit us in right away! The gentleman that came out was extremely professional and very kind. We highly recommend this company!
Landscapers tore up some wiring in our yard and these guys came out to fix it the next Monday. Super efficient and reasonably priced.
Jacob is a phenomenal technician. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Would highly recommend this service for any homeowners in the area. I have already scheduled more work with this company.

If I could give more stars I would! Bart was an absolute professional. My electrical issue was a bit of a puzzle, but he stuck with it and got it resolved. I would definitely recommend Rich Services from office staff to electricians they are all so polite and helpful.
Rich Services will be my go to electrician from now on. Augusto was our service agent and he arrived on time. Our problem was that the back porch light had been pulled out if the wall. He checked it out, found that it was fried. He then went to Home Base and brought back another fixture just like the one that we had. Only problem we ran into was the light we bought for the backyard. When the fixture was pulled out of the ceiling Sparks flew and fried the wires, the fixture, and our super bright light. It was a good thing this man took the time to look up fixtures for us in our living room and then go and get one. He mounted it and now we have light in the backyard. Eventually we will purchase another super bright flood lamp but for now at least the back porch is lit up. Great service.

Brought branded inside airhead and air lasted little over a year had it fixed 2 times last time they said it was because the coil had dust on it
Keith showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. The job was completed quickly. He also took the time to educate me on what went wrong, how to check it in the future, and identified lose parts. He also explained how an additional part, that I didn't know I needed, would complete the system. I messed with it for a long time and I'm glad he was able to make quick work of it. I would use this company again in the future.
Guys Came Out and did a Very nice job. The service was fast and Clean and they even switched out my other outlets for me. Will Definitely use them again if need be in the future.
We are in the process of selling our house. Rich Services assisted us with our electrical repair process. I sent them our home inspection and they worked with me to fix all issues. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and they did it under budget. Rich Services scheduled the work, permit, and inspection. They made changes to their schedule to ensure all work was done prior to closing. I do not personally know the owners or the people that worked on our home, but I want to thank them for assisting us in this stressful time. Rich Services made our home selling process just a little easier by working with us and our schedule. If I could give them more stars I would...
