I had no ac or power in my house, when I called i talked to the most wonderful lady ,she said she would help me and she did ,20 minutes later mr Daniel was at my door, he found out my issue and I had ac and power in less then 2 hours, I loved the service and the professionalism, and I was very pleased when they called me the next day to check on me,
Appreciated the thorough explanation of the issues found with my HVAC system. The routine maintenance inspection turned into a service call to take care of a few minor items that increased the efficiency of my system. Thanks for helping me maintain my HVAC system.
Performed diagnostic on circuit that was tripping and replaced breaker. Allen and Sean were amazing. The customer service they provided to us was outstanding. A technician came out in April 2023 to service an electrical outage in my family room. Discovered one of the outlets in the family room burned out. However, it took him some time to troubleshoot the problem, and had to call another technician to penpoint the problem. The first technician changed out the burnout outlet, and should have installed a new circuit breaker in my outdoor panel. So, at least I thought. Fast forward to June 2023 while shampooing my family room rug the repaired outlet would not hold the load from the vacuum shampooer, and kept tripping the breaker. Called a different electrician and learned the technician never installed a new circuit breaker. I paid Dr. Watts $747.00 for that visit, and had to pay the other electrician a service call of $110.00 for them to install a new breaker. Tried calling Dr. Watts to ask for a refund for this $110.00, but no one every answers the phone. Please do not use! Overpriced! Dishonest!
Very good service. Allen was prompt and quickly replaced the bag plug. Overall great service. I know prices are high but this was a little to high. $300.00 to replace a CFCI plug? I use to be able to do little home repairs but when you get disabled and old you just have to pay for it. BUT GOOD COMPANY.

Maverick and Zach were extremely professional and caring. When I was getting stressed about the cost, Zach asked if I was okay. Maverick offered 3 choices and discussed each indepth with me. All questions and concerns were addressed. The Ladies at the office were great to talk to and quickly answered questions with knowledge, friendliness and a smile in their voice.
Maverick and Dontae came out and fixed my two issues. They appear to be a good team.
The two gentlemen knew exactly what they were doing and gave me good advice and got my sister running in good shape now I'm waiting for them to come and check some
Outstanding!! I cannot say enough regarding the quality of service Dr. Watts provided. I am pretty handy, but decided to call the professionals on this one. From the minute I spoke to the operator on the phone, the day of the estimate, to the day of service, they were nothing but professional. They not only listened to what I needed, but provided options that I did not consider. Daniel and Kevin were my technicians and they were great. Had them out to have a service panel installed outside, as well as upgrade addition service panels in order to provide service to a recently added shed. They took the time to ensure everything was in its place, in order, color coordinated…I mean it was thought out and the job looked outstanding. The caliber of work was beyond my expectation, highly recommend Dr. Watts.
I was quoted $1,800 to swap a chandelier with a ceiling fan and add 4 disc lights on a brand new home. I was even providing the fan, disc lights, and the fan control & dimmer switch. I had the tech explain the job and we determined it'd be around 4 hours of work. I'll wouldn't even pay an attorney $450/hour. Y'all should be ashamed for that type of price gouging, this is exponentially higher than the other quotes I received.
Was given information over the phone and something completely different once they arrived
The outlet needed to be changed from a 3 prong to a 4 prong to accommodate our dryer. The $ to make the changes was more than I could afford. The gentlemen were very professional throughout and understood my position having just bought the house. I would liked to use them I jest could not afford the expense of a new braker, wire and outlet
They helped me decide on a new AC unit, looking forward to getting it put in before the Texas heat hits.
Buyer beware. Please read this review prior to scheduling any electrical service with this company. The initial call to schedule the service was great, the receptionist did a great job. From there, it goes downhill. The service appointment was set for Friday, however, it was rescheduled for Monday at the request of the company. The “electrician” shows up today, 5/8, and was unqualified to perform the service. The technician broke two of the transformer boxes due to his inability to properly remove the covers and forced them off which caused damage as the screws were broken. When speaking with the service manager, James, he refused to take accountability for his employee’s failure to perform. James essentially said it was his word against the homeowner. Now any business that has a degree of common sense would have identified the covers being destroyed prior to even working on the transformer to prevent liability. This identification would have likely been photos or the very least, showing it to the homeowner. The price quoted for the initial visit was different than the charge. Lesson learned here, don’t fall victim to this horrible business.
They replace electrical box n 3 electrical plugs,and wen u running the microwave and electric heater it shut off which don't know y cause wen we was on the old line it never happen,I don't know what different they done causes the power to shut off,is not right , I will check n c y it doing that
