Another service call that ended with a satisfied customer. Thanks Alltek. Updated….. had issue with house no cooling just now. Friday 6pm and called Alltek. They had a tech out within an hour and made a repair to fix the issue. They’re by far the best company I have ever dealt with on AC systems. I do recommend. . Called Aaron at Alltek to come evaluate my AC cause our house was not staying cool. He recommended upgrading my unit. His estimate for a 5 ton setup (inside and outside) came in lower than any other service I called. They came out two days later and had it installed without issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service of everyone involved.
Taylor was very professional, new what he was doing, and came up with a few options for my A/C unit. Would use his expertise again if needed.

Tyler was very nice and professional. He told me exactly how he was going to clean my dryer vent and showed me the tools he was using. He was very informative very polite very kind. I gave them five stars. He made sure that my laundry room was almost cleaner than when he got here. He told me thank you just wonderful service. I can’t say good things. Will definitely use and recommend them again.

I contacted Alltek Services, even with their busy schedule they were able to squeeze me in same day, within’ two hours a tech was at my house. Very polite, and great knowledge with what was the issue with our system, had it fixed in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

Great experience overall in getting our old and disintegrating AC/heating ducts replaced. We had an cost estimate on the spot after inspection of our ducts, and next day replacement of the entire duct system. Reasonable cost and professional service! We are looking forward to reduced heating and AC bills since we were essentially heating and cooling the attic. Highly recommend Alltek!
We had them come clean the dryer duct. OMG so much lint. The dryer works much more efficiently. We will be making this a yearly event.
My 2.5 ton unit went and since it was a 15 year old unit it needed to be replaced. As we all know replacing a unit isn't cheap. I was blown away by the first estimate the technician didnt even bother getting to the root of the problem, he immediately wanted to get into replacement and cost. Completely turned me off and made the situation even more stressful. Then Alltek came into the picture, called and spoke with Aaron which gave me a sence of someone I knew and can relate to. He gave me a price that worked for me and my budget. I can get into what all I had to do to get funds from my retirement and the process of the banks taking their time. I'll cut it short and tell you that Aaron and Alltek Services owner, just worked with me and installed my brand new unit ,keeping my family cool and warm with this uncertain Texas weather. Rob, Zack and Ray were absolutely professional clean and organized., it was like having people you know come into your house and just getting to work. I can't thank Aaron and Alltek for helping trusting and caring for me and my family the way they did. There is no one else I would ever trust to come into my house and work on my HVAC system. I had AllTek clean my entire Duct work throughout my entire house! My experience with this Company was extraordinary. From calling to schedule an appointment to calls and messages confirming times. Tyler is the technician who came to my house and he was wonderful. He was professional and excellent. He was careful with my furniture and I left absolutely no mess for me to clean up. I really cannot say enough good things about Tyler he was so knowledgeable about his work and answered all my questions with honesty and professionalism. I am so grateful that I found this company and I highly recommend them. I will use them exclusively in my future!

I’ve been using Allteks services for about 5 yrs now. They always do great work. They are always on time, and have reasonable prices! Today a man named Taylor came and serviced my AC unit. He was very helpful and had great customer service skills. This is the only company in central TX that I have never had any kind of issue that wasn’t good from. Thanks again Alltek!
