We called this company after being referred by a friend. I wish I had called a few more companies first! The owner and employees were nice. After their fourth or fifth visit within in a couple of months that started to change. Our new unit continually froze up. I finally told the owner I wanted a different system since this one had several parts replaced and it still wasn't working properly. I was told multiple times that they would replace some other part of it but they had to order it. I was also told by the owner not to turn it down so low and that would handle it. I do not turn it down that low- 72 degrees is not low! I have since learned where to keep it set so it doesn't freeze up (as much) so thankfully I haven't felt the need to call anyone to look at it. I wasn't even going to review them but yesterday I received my electric bill and it was $464. I have never received a bill anywhere near that much. A friend whose house is about the same size as mine received her bill yesterday as well. Hers was $287, which was high but expected in this horrid heatwave. She is with the same electric company as I am and my bill shouldn't have been more than hers, as we usually have about the same cost. That narrows this down to the air-conditioning system that is not capable to perform at these temperatures even though it is brand new. As a widow, I feel like I have had a double blow by this company as I spent almost $7,000 to replace our old unit and now am having to go without other things as I rearrange my finances to pay high electric bills that I think would be much more manageable with a better quality unit than I was sold. I do not recommend them.
This company came to my house to give me an estimate to replace my duct work, i spoke to the owner himself . He was delayed during initial estimate and sent anthother employee out for estimate, 4 weeks later i still had not received the estimate. I called again and spoke to the owner, who apologized and said he would come that day and take care of me……well im still waiting. I would suggest finding some other company who knows how to keep their word, im sure this is a reflection of how they operate their business.
Very responsive, office staff friendly and accommodating, tech's are knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
They always go over and beyond to get the job done. The best part is they do not try and over sell!! Great people with great customer service! Thank y’all!!
The worker was very professional, friendly and efficient. The staff in the office was very friendly and contacted me when they said they would.
A business that is ran the old fashion way. The owner comes out and talks with you, listens, and gets to know exactly what you need. He believes if his cutomers are happy, then and only then will he be successful. His help is closely watched and have a great ripor with the boss. They are also polite, respectful of others and property. Prices are competive with others. When you call there is a live person, who is very nice, that answers the phone. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. So nice to work with a company that is there for you and does what they say they are going to do. Thank you TRW Heating and Air, you have made me happy and "COOL!"
