David is our go-to for service and installation. He replaced our aging Carrier AC unit with a new Trane at a very reasonable price and it took him only a few hours to install. He doesn't waste your time on service calls trying to sell you additional services or parts that you don't need for your system. Very straightforward, professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend anyone better than David, he's the real deal.
Cool Air and Heat showed up prepared and went right to work replacing HVAC. The bid was very competitive, the work was clean, the finished product was very satisfactory. I am happy to recommend Cool Air and Heat for residential HVAC replacement!

Great service, great price. Highly recommend. I was nervous getting a new AC since I had never been through that process. You will not find a more knowledgeable, professional, courteous and trustworthy person to handle any installation or maintenance of your HVAC systems. I will always use Cool Air and Heat Services when I need any work done on my system.

Called David to fix our AC which was not cooling. He came after hours on a weekend and diagnosed the problem right away. Had the unit up and cooling within 30 minutes. I highly recommend him.
David, from Cool Air and Heat Services installed an LG mini-split heat pump system in my garage. He is knowledgeable and professional in his work and his rates were exceptional. The work was done in a timely manner and everything was clean when he finished. The system has worked even better than I expected. It heats and cools the garage quickly and uses very little electricity.
