Big shoutout for ON-Site AIR. I’m 2 1/2 hours from home at Lake fork & my mom has been checking on our dog. Today she let me know my AC was running but the house was in the high 80’s so she went outside to spray down my condenser. She then noticed it wasn’t working. I called On Site air& told them what was going on. Within a couof hours I my house was back 76 degrees. You can’t ask for better service than that. They have fixed me up a few times. They will definitely be my first call for Heat/air services & I Will recommend them every time. So far everyone have referred to them have been happy too. Such great service & the nicest people. Thank you On Site for your help.
Absolutely the best service. Professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. KC came and fixed the issue in no time at all. I would highly recommend them. Very reasonable pricing.
We had them come out as a second opinion for issues we were told we had. They were polite from the getgo. First they had scheduled us a week out because they were full, completely understood. Then we get a call asking if they could come the next day. Very surprised, but happy they could find time to check our unit out. They came out & found no issues w/ our unit that the other company said we had. They found loose valve caps, but nothing else. The other company told us they put in 4.5 lbs of freon, this company said if it was that low we would have noticed a temp difference, which we never did. We've ran it at 73 w/ no issues. No freezing up or running constantly. Point, they were professional, polite & honest which is what every customer wants in a company. Thank you.
I have been using on-site air for years. You name it they have fixed my AC and heating problems. I have gotten my family and friends to use them and they all love on-site! On-site air will tell you what’s wrong with your system and give you options on how you want to go about it. Upfront and honest people. Love On-Site won’t go anywhere else for my AC and heating problems!
We have used on-site air 3 times since purchasing our manufactured home and have been greatly impressed with their work! We are now working strong and signed up for the seasonal maintenance of program and they were even able to find a problem with our heating unit before we turned it on and it caused us a major issue! We highly recommend Chris and On-Site Air!!
