Woods did some warranty work on our new home they did a very professional job It was done quickly, especially the man who did the air balancing, was very helpful in explaining how and why he did certain things to improve the air flow and temperature. I recommend them to anyone who wants a professional service. The one downside was that the 2nd tech who came out refused to remove his shoes. That was my wifes request, and he failed to comply. Other than that, it was perfect
Travis was outstanding today! He was patient and took his time to help me with my A/C questions and concerns and I have no doubt that my system is running better now than before he got here! 👍

John H performed a very through inspection and told us exactly how to fix our mold problem. He spent a ton of time showing us what we could do ourselves and gave us plenty of documentation we used to convince our landlord to do the repairs. He installed a UV light that was very affordable, will prevent all future microbial growth, and made it easy for me to uninstall to take to our next house.
William came this morning to service our heat. He is super friendly and knowledgeable with impeccable customer service. He was able to make some adjustments to our system which will greatly improve the efficiency.
John H. did an exceptional job performing the routine Fall maintenance and safety checks. I upgraded to Platinum so that I have the maximum protection and services Woods provides. I am very glad I invested in the Nest video doorbell and thermostat. The current peep hole thing in the door is too high for me so when John offered the doorbell video I agreed to it very quickly. I am looking forward to learning the awesome features John showed me that the thermostat has. John was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up where he worked by the front door.

John did a great job today for fall heater check...very satisfied with his work and professionalism! I have also had James come for summer AC check and service (when a lizard decided to sunbathe on an electronic component and fried himself and the component)...James recommended the insect repellent spray on that date and I haven’t had any problems since...I highly recommend the spray! Good work gentlemen!
My ac system was blowing warm air. I called Woods Comfort Systems and they were able to send John Haug within an hour and half! 👍 John came over on time, rinsed the condenser, charged the system and even checked the health the capacitor. Needless to say, the system is working great now! They even had a coupon for free diagnostics valid until the end of 2018! John is very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with, and gave me some tips for maintenance. Thank you John! This is a good company and I highly recommend them.
Technician John Hang took care of us last week and he was great! He was very friendly and polite and worked quickly to identify the problem. We appreciated that he didn't try to push us on extra or unnecessary services but left us with some care recommendations and plenty of information to help us keep our AC in top shape. We are very happy with the service. Thank you!
These guys helped me and my roommates out so much today. Our AC went out this morning and we had someone here within an hour of our call. Not only did he fix our AC but changed our air filters for us and made sure everything else was working properly. Definitely went above and beyond and was extremely polite and helpful.
Woods Comfort Systems did a wonderful Job installing a brand new AC system into our new home in Austin. The old system was so out dated and now the AC runs perfect. They showed up when they said they would, and gave me a great deal. I am super happy.
