A/C Pros is professional, trustworthy and did a great job replacing my air conditioning units and now they work well and crank cold air fast. I'm very particular about people in my home and have always felt comfortable with any one of them here. After the great February 2021 snowstorm my heating went out. The technician, Mark came to fix it and was respectful, clean and thoughtful, Much to my surprise, not only he do a fantastic job, I also genuinely enjoyed his company and conversation. Big shout out and thanks to you, Mark! Michael is great too! Noah is consistently in good communication and the office ladies, Katrina and Rachel are problem solvers and work hard with challenges. I highly recommend these guys and will continue to go with them for electrical and plumbing repairs and installs.
Ryan came out to help clear a clogged line. Noticed other issues with our AC and helped repair it so our system doesn’t go out in the future

This is the second time we've used AC Pros and both services were exceptional. The technicians were on time, friendly, and helped us make the best repair choice for our system. They've always been able to get us on the schedule within 24 hours too, which has been so great given we have little kids at home and don't want them stuck in the heat for too long. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area!

These guys promptly came out to the house and for some reason replaced a capacitor and added Freon and said the system would be fixed in a few hours. The system was not fixed, they came back and said the entire system needed to be replaced which would be really expensive. They never called for followup. Later I find out it just needed to replace the air filter to work which was next to the machine. What a joke! Also, bothered they left before confirming it was working. This cost me $2500 in reimbursements to my guests.
Today was my second time using AC Pros. The first time was on a recommendation from a neighbor last year when I got a day-of appointment to fix my HVAC and had such a great experience that when I had another issue arise this week, I called them again. My technician today, Michael A., was very professional, informative, made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the repairs and options in ways I could easily understand it. Both times, technicians never tried to upsell or take advantage of me. They would give me advice on maintenance I could do in between services as well as quotes on options for future service that I could look into and decide later on. I can't recommend them enough.
Ryan is the man! Have used them for years on multiple properties I own. Punctual, thorough, honest. Have referred them to numerous clients/family/friends and they do the same quality of work consistently! Best in town, easily!
AC Pros air-conditioning does what they say they will do and they do it well. Ryan is our maintenance tech. He shows up on time or early, is always relaxed, efficient, friendly and has sound advice for both our new and very old AC units. I would recommend him highly for any customer facing role. AC Pros is lucky to have Ryan on staff.

Read online of the horrors trying to fix nest e103 error. Ryan found it in 10 minutes and fixed it under an hour. So impressed I set up recurring maintenance as I can trust them

I have been using AC Pros for both HVAC and Plumbing services for many years. This visit, made by Michael Anderson was at my rental unit. He got right to the problem, fixed it and cleaned my outside coils as well. Michael has been one of our regular Techs, whom we have really come to appreciate. Really nice young man too!
Doug is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares deeply about you and your satisfaction.
Doug was very informative of what was occurring in my home in regards to my plumbing concerns when coming out for a diagnostic visit. He thoroughly checked over the areas of concern and provided detailed information on what to look out for if it became a major issue and gave recommendations on what could be potentially fixed now. The estimates were sent through email to review, if we decided to continue with the work if required. I would call AC Pros again for my plumbing concerns, based on my experience with Doug.
Doug and Ethan did some excellent plumbing work. Did a great job. Kept the place clean, good communication, real pros. (Replaced garbage disposal, cleared out a blockage, replaced two toilets, hooked up a new vanity.)
I’ve had Doug out to help with a couple plumbing issues due to the freeze. He always takes the time to explain the options and does the job right. Highly recommend.
Our office always uses AC Pros for our commercial plumbing repairs. We really appreciate that for years Doug has been our technician for all things plumbing. Not only can he handle varying jobs, but he knows our facilities so well. We don't have to meet a different person and start over from scratch every time.
