Shurtemp was referred to me by a neighbor who has the same HVAC system I do. I wanted to schedule the Spring Check-up service, but C-19 hit. I appreciate that Brian does not do inside work during the C-19 pandemic, unless it is an emergency. I had to contact him a few days ago because my overflow pipe was dripping outside my home. Not a good thing to come home to at the end of a busy work day. Brian walked me through the process of correcting the issue, with as series of texts and photos. I am so relieved that I had his contact information, and that he is so professional in his business practice.
