The service was great!!! So happy about my new air conditioner all set for the summer.
I had my heat pump system replaced by Blue Star, and they were fantastic. Everything from being responsive to calls/texts, showing up when they said they would (both for quoting & installation), having the lowest price quotes and noticing things other big companies didn't, getting the job done quickly & professionally. Highly recommended.
I called and got many quotes from companies in the area. Blue star has the best pricing available! They offered me next day service as well. Being the busy season for A/C malfunction I didnt expect to receive next day service but was pleasantly surprised! Very friendly and professional service techs as well. my family and friends also use blue star and we are all thrilled with the service we recieve.
Wonderful as always. I have referred my parents to them and know of two other families that have used them. They explain everything so well and our genuinely concerned for our well being. We refer these guys anytime we get the chance!!
I rarely write reviews but had to because these guys were so amazing. After power in my area went out on Saturday my ac wouldn’t come back on. I had another company came out Monday- they were nice and diagnosed the large issue but then told me they didn’t have availability to get it repaired for another 10 days. I called around to a variety of places and then a friend recommended Manny. He responded quickly- set up time to come the next day and told me had time the day after to repair if needed. Sure enough less than 48 hours later, I am back up and running. They were kind, communicative, and clearly just wanted to help me get it solved the quickest and most economical way possible. I am so unbelievably grateful to these guys and from now on they will be my first call!
Emmanuel and his father were very professional. They worked around my schedule, and were incredibly thorough in assessing the issue with our A/C unit, running multiple tests to be sure they were certain of why the machine was failing. They took the time to make sure we understood why the A/C wasn't working, and what they were going to do to fix it. Every step of the process we felt comfortable that we were being treated fairly, we never felt pressured to make a decision. I would absolutely recommend Emmanuel and the guys to anyone I know. It's the first time in a long time I've felt 100% good about a big job done at the house.

These guys are the best. Got text messages telling me when they would get to the house and who was coming. When they got to my house they introduced themselves and did a great job. I said they were all the friendliest guys and was told "yeah, we hire guys based on their friendliest" I know that's not true because they were all great at their jobs. I recommend them highly.
Very good service. Came in, found the problem, and gave me a reasonable quote very quickly and friendly. Then fixed it. Didn't try to upsell me or get me to spend more money than I needed to. 100% recommended. Trustworthy and reliable.
“LOOK NO FURTHER!” I could cry. You have to hire them! Emmanuel was clearly raised to be thorough in his work, quick to find the problem/solution, and very respectable and kind! I didn’t expect to get same day service for our tenants, but we did! He arrived hours before his expected ETA, which tells me he knows how to allocate his time. He didn’t over promise or under deliver. There is a reason he’s 5 stars! Oh! And he got the issue fixed same day, A/C working and everything!! I was deeply thankful and so impressed with this gentlemen’s work, I will use him forever and ever! You’ve gained a forever customer today and I will always recommend you. Thank you, again! 👍

Great company. Sergio came to our home at 7pm and had our 17 year old a.c. working by 8:30. This was after another company made an incorrect diagnosis and we had been without a.c. for 7 days. We know our unit probably won't last another summer,but when it's time for a new one,or anytime we need service for a.c. or heating,Blue Star is who we will call!
Emmanuel and the guys were top notch all the way around. They answered all of my questions and provided fantastic service. Most important, the AC works like a charm!
