Arrived early, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our system failed after 40 years! Robert had helpful advice regarding replacing vs repairing such an old system that utilizes Freon. Would use again without hesitation.
I’ve been with Trusted for a year now, and every interaction, whether it be calling to schedule, a repair, or a preventative maintenance check up has been fantastic. Mason helped out today and was both knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me make informed decisions on my AC system. The friendliness and quality of service is top notch all around!

Recently had Trusted Heating and Cooling out to my house to fix the AC. Mason S. was the service technician who responded to the call and I could not be more happy with the service he provided. He was respectful and responsive when it came to all of my questions and had the AC running again in no time. I couldn't be happier with the service and will look to use the company again for all of AC/HVAC needs.
Riber Cooper was avert professional and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was on time and we’re very happy with the result.

Our AC stopped cooling Saturday night, but John quickly assessed the issue Sunday morning and fixed it in half an hour, all before the day's heat crept in too much. Thank you so much!
I woke up this morning with no downstairs AC and the temperatures were going to be over 100. This company was the only company that had an emergency number. Other companies were telling me I had to wait 4 days John came out the same day. I am absolutely thrilled with this company
John came out much sooner than I had anticipated someone would make it out on a Saturday and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a weekend emergency call.
Our daughter recommended Trusted Heating when our AC stopped running. Robert called gave us eta 2 hours. Exactly. 2 hrs Arrived at 10:00pm. He was efficient thorough and diagnosed the problem. Turned out to be stoppage in drain. I envisioned cost to be $$$, but it wasn’t, Thank goodness. I highly recommend Trusted Heating & Air.
My a/c went out and John M came by after hours and had it up and running within 2 hours. It was a relatively simple fix but I appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to help after regular business hours. I highly recommend this company.
Didn't show up as scheduled, called their office and went to voicemail that didn't accept messages. Finally got them on the phone and they told me their assigned tech was still tied up on another job and they'll send a manager to me. Finally showed up 2.5 hours later than scheduled. They generally know what they're doing, but you will be charged through the nose for it. Billed me $225 for the first pound of R410A and another $190 for the second pound. This is on top of the $118 service call fee, $533 total. I had the same service done last year, also 2 pounds, but with the weekend rate for from their competitor and that was only $317 total. Now I know they can't be "TRUSTED" with my heating and cooling.
Mason was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very simple way. Definitely went above and beyond for completing the yearly maintenance for both my units.
Trusted did an excellent job repairing our air conditioner. John came right when he said he would, was professional and polite, and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Very happy with his work!

Just had a service call with Robert with a non-functioning upstairs AC. He was prompt, educated me and was efficient with repairing the issue. Everyone that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. They even squeezed me in on the same day that I called even though it was a particularly busy day. I really appreciate the level of customer service provided and will call them again in the future. The only reason I did not use them is because the particular outdated part that I needed for my AC was more readily available at a competitor.
