The Coolest guys installed mini split ac unit in my Tuff shed that I'm converting to a studio. Team showed up on-time and as promised. Each person was so knowledgeable about each part of the installation, including setting up the app on my phone! Very professional, worked the whole time with no slacking off. Answered all of my questions without rushing or being impatient. I also use The Coolest to maintain my home's HVAC system with twice a year visits. I highly recommend them!
My AC was not working when I woke up Wednesday morning in the middle of the heatwave of the last week of June. Oh, great. I called a couple of the big AC repair people, and no one could come inspect the unit until the next week. I happened to find The Coolest, read reviews, and gave them a call. Reese was here that afternoon in the appointment window, and took the time to show us where the compressor had shorted out. Bianca in the office was very patient, answered multiple panicked phone calls from me, and worked overtime to get parts ordered and get me on their schedule for the next afternoon. The crew was here as promised and got the unit up and running again. There's nothing pleasant about the AC going out ever, much less when it's 103, but The Coolest team did everything they could to minimize the stress. I appreciate them all.
The guys at The Coolest did a great job installing our new furnace/ condenser. I called them based on their positive reviews and we couldn`t be happier. Cost was very reasonable and was definitely in our price range. The guys came and knocked it out quickly but did a great job. Thanks again!

Reese was awesome in helping us to resolve a sudden AC problem that left us without AC during this hot weather. Bianca responded to our crises in a patient and prompt manner by arranging for a same day after hours visit by Reese. Reese was prompt, courteous and methodical in his assessment of the problem. He instilled confidence and trust by responding consistently and keeping us informed about the status of the repair. We appreciated his competence and trustworthiness. Kaleb and Bianca were very professional in assisting me in replacing the evaporator coil. The pricing was very reasonable and they were able to get me a 10 year warranty on the coil.
Had a great experience with Rico. Very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. Was able to find multiple issues with the AC system and helped us out a lot. Definitely recommend!

This review is long overdue (sorry, guys!), but The Coolest is one of the best service/repair companies I've ever worked with. Dagan and Reese are superstars. Mark cares, doesn't BS you, and makes things happen. The whole team, really, is.....the *coolest*
Great experience. The diagnostic and explanation of issue was courteous and professional. Addressed all my concerns. Needed a new system. The installation team was on time, professional, clean and done right. And to top it all off the price was right. Highly recommend The Coolest!
I had a very good experience with The Coolest last Fall. I was looking into getting a new HVAC system. Mark went through the different options with me and was responsive in answering my questions. I worked with Mark and Bianca to schedule my installation. They fit me in to their schedule very quicky and answered my questions about the installation process. The team for my home was Rigo and Cole. They were friendly and took their time to make sure everything with the new system looked good. The team has also continued to be very helpful when I’ve had questions about the thermostat settings or other questions. Thanks you.
Truly the coolest service just as the name suggests. We did some gutter work for Mark and he treated us with professionally and had great communication. I’d recommend Mark to family and friends!
I reached out to them on a Monday morning and they were able to send someone later that day. I wasn’t able to because of work and scheduled for Tuesday and they were on time, efficient, and extremely helpful. I will be having them come out next time I need something! Truly phenomenal service!
I live in a condo with a specifically difficult to replace AC system. After talking with several other vendors, whose price ranges went from 11k-15k, it turned out that none of them could actually get me what I needed. The Coolest could get me the exact part I needed because they're not beholden to one manufacturer for parts, they can order whatever they want as needed (bigger AC companies have a deal with a specific manufacturer and can only order from a specific list, which is fine most of the time for most people). Not only was the Coolest able to get me exactly what I needed, but the cost they told me made me go, "that's fair," instead of, "oh my god... well, I guess so, if there's no other choice." They replaced my old AC, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and were down to earth and did a great job explaining everything. Smaller businesses have less overhead, so the consumer pays less. Great service, great people, it's a relief to find companies like that these days.
We had an HVAC maintenance service done by Kaleb at The Coolest. Kaleb was on time, efficient and so kind! This was our first time having our HVAC serviced and he explained everything and was very knowledgeable. We live in a condo with our A/C on the roof (three stories to climb!) and he had no issues servicing our roof A/C. We signed up for the twice yearly maintenance and were very pleased with The Coolest service. We would highly recommend The Coolest!
Dagan Lanham was early, very polite, professional and even picked up all of the insulation that fell out of the attic and stuck it in his pocket until he could find a trash receptacle. I really appreciated him leaving our home just as clean as he found it.
Out of all the estimates I got, Mark's was the only one with no-nonsense best pricing up front. Everyone else played the game of haggling over the course of weeks, which was obnoxious. Mark's bid ended up being among the lowest, but it was his expertise that convinced me that he's the right man for the job. He knew which units wouldn't get rebates due to SEER ratings or tonnage for my square footage, saving me the headache of finding out after the fact. I ended up not needing a replacement in the end (long story...), but The Coolest is who I'll turn to when my old system finally meets its inevitable fate.
We recently had the Coolest LLC install a new A/C unit in our home. We are very happy with our choice. They were the only company not to charge us for a quote! I was shocked that every other company wanted $$ just to tell us how much more money they would charge us. Mark, not only gave us the most reasonable quote for a new A/C, but was also the only one to give us the option to repair our old one! All of this made it clear to me that their focus is on the customer. Once we accepted the bid, they were ready to install within only a couple of days. During installation, they went above and beyond when we asked if it was possible to replace the worn-out wooden platform in our attic upon which the unit rests. This is not something they normally do! But, they did! We were so grateful. These guys are amazing. When there was an issue with one of the parts, Kaleb, Rigo, Cole & Marco worked tirelessly in a hot attic to diagnose and repair it. They kept in constant contact via text regarding arrival times. I couldn't ask for better service. They were polite, knowledgable, and friendly, even to our dog! I can recommend The Coolest LLC without hesitation and plan to call on them for any future HVAC needs. (*BTW, they are a small company (~6 people) and don't contract out, which I love! Bianca will always answer the phone to help you and just be lovely when you call!)
