Did not mind paying the $100 trip charge and another $100 for diagnostics, but after they replace the capacitor $30 which took 10 minutes. Total bill was $500 These guys are robbers and will stick it to you.
It's simple, call these guys first!!! You will not have to make anymore calls. I needed a complete full house unit install. Called and Matt came out to our house on the same day, gave me multiple options, let me think and choose the model. I called to proceed, Chad and Ryan (2 very professional and knowledgeable guys) came the very next day with the entire A/C unit, attic and condenser, and everything else needed, and hauled off our old unit. They were in our attic all day in 100+ degree weather! After everything was done, they stayed with us to ensure it was working properly and had no issues. We have never, ever had any work done at our house with this kind of superior service. Strategic Air is on top of it, the best!
Strategic is the best services in central Texas. Chad, came out to fix the air condition diagnose the problem.. i Tried to contact other air conditioning services. Top brands on father's day there was no answer ,voicemail ,drop calls etc but strategic and the professionalism of Chad really stands out I recommend this company to any and everybody
I called on Sunday afternoon, not expecting to be seen until much later in the week. Surprisingly, I was given a next-day appointment. The estimated time of arrival was between 1 and 3PM, and Mikey arrived promptly at 1:45PM and got right to work. He was very nice and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my A/C system. I was expecting to spend way more than the final cost, so the fact that he was able to fix my system for under $300 was a blessing. I highly recommend Strategic Air Services to anyone in need of quick and cost-effective A/C repair.

I wanted to replace my undersized HVAC system and saw Strategic Air Services through Google searches. Mikey responded right away and was here in about an hour. He looked it over and gave me a quote. This was on Friday and on Monday his team was here at 8:00 a.m. ready to change out the unit. Ricky and Chris had the old unit out in an hour. About six hours later Ricky informed me it was running. He also had to upgrade the breaker which he did. Mikey got the breaker out to Ricky quickly. Ricky and Chris got everything right and checked out including the new heater without any problems. They cleaned up everything also so you couldn't tell they were here. Great service and great people. The next day Mikey called to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I told him their work and people were what you want to see and hope you get when you have work like this done. Thank you Strategic Air Services.
These guys are top notch! Ryan helped guide me through the process and didnt push me into buying the most expensive unit! He merely gave me the info and we walked through what I was looking for and we ended up with a unit and service that was well within my budget! Chad and Mondo did a fantastic job with my install! I had my old unit taken out of my attic and the new one put in and added a dual zone unit. My upstairs used to get super hot in the winter since the only thermostat was downstairs. Now it will be pleasant everywhere! They hire vets also, love that!! I got a text verifying my appointment and a text that they were on their way. No waiting around for someone to show up! Thanks for the professional service!! You will be saved in my phone for any A/C or Heat need that may arise!
Mikey came precisely on time and ready to help us remedy our HVAC woes. Super nice and approachable and knowledgeable. He helped explain the services that we needed, even showing me the data to support the recommendation. Then he did the work and showed pre and post data. WOW!!! I'll never be hot again in here. Highly recommend. We lost heat during the winter storm and they were quick to respond, informative, and didn’t leave till everything was up and running properly. Great service and will use them again for sure!
Christmas Week our undersized heat pump finally decided to call it quits. Even though we hadn't used them before the team at Strategic came out for a service call Christmas Eve! They helped us remain comfortable until a permanent fix could be implemented, for which we are very grateful. Based on that experience we engaged Strategic to install a new system. Mikey Hanson was very knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the details, answering my numerous questions and scheduling the installation 2 days later. Chad Morris, Director of Operations and his team Mando & Ryan completed the installation with a smile. The team is exceedingly professional, courteous and knowledgeable giving us tremendous confidence in their workmanship. We will be recommending Strategic air to our Friends and Neighbors.
Ricky Gillmaster arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was able to identify our problem quickly. He is professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with no problems. I love the fact that this is a veteran-owned business. They came to our house the same day and took care of our HVAC issue. Their pricing was competitive, and customer service was outstanding. Solid dudes at Strategic. They did some repairs to my Air Conditioning system the same day and I got upgraded thermostats that save me some money. They came in just about an hour, I recommend them and will use them again.
