DeShawn was so nice. He educated me on our air system. Vacuumed out some water sediment clogging the pipe. He asked if we had a room not getting enough air. I told him our master bedroom and living room. He suspects there may be a leak. Our system is 15 years old and still working. He would have investigated but I told him not today. I did become a member and saved $70 for this call. 💕💕 I’ll call for additional service and would like DeShawn to be our serviceman.
My HVAC's temperature was not going down and I called Strand to schedule a tune up. The rep. insisted that they would do a diagnostic in addition to a tune up, charging me for both. I didn't see why a diagnostic was necessary if a tune up could take care of the issue. She insisted that they would only do both. I then called another firm that did a tune up only. It seems the refrigerant was low and the capacitor was replaced. That took care of the matter and the cooling is fine now.
Gilbert was efficient, honest, and had good recommendations for maintaining our AC. Glad to have the service plan to remember regular checkups!
Peter did a great job and was very professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show us the problem and how to prevent it from happening in the future.
Mike Worden and John Gonzalez were very professional snd knowledgeable. They provided services to our home. They were punctual and we appreciated their professionalism.
Happy 4th! John came out on a holiday in the Texas heat to fix our AC. So appreciate the quick, responsive service and grateful to now have a house that is cooling down. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service. Thank you again, John!
John Gonzales was very knowledgeable & professional AMRS explained everything he was going to do to fix our 2 units that were not cooling on the 4th of July no less -we will ask for him again on our next service call
The office sucks. But the maintenance employee( christopher) that have visited us have been great! Christopher & jesse( the duo) was awesome, he was very helpful and gave me some tips as well for my hvac system etc.
Ben and john, in no particular order, arrived on time and immediately demonstrated an attitude of courtesy, caring and everything I look for when I decide whether or not to trust a new acquaintance. They were true to form in every detail and I will look forward to hiring strand again, especially if I can get John Gonzalez and his partner Ben. Oh yes, lest I forget: give these guys a big raise! They deserve it!
JUAN - DIEGO did an amazing job of care to ensure my A/C unit will work all summer from this Texas Heat! He was professional, on time, and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Strand Brothers will continue to have my business.
Michael Barrera was the technician that serviced our AC. He did a very thorough and fantastic job for us. He was also super polite and courteous, which was a welcome surprise after a long week. Thank you Michael and Strand Brothers!
It was the 1st time using Strands Brothers happy with the service they provide. the technician assigned was John Gonzalez he called me before he was here show up on time he introduced himself inform me of what he found with the units and his recommendations.
Had John Gonzalez come out and he was awesome. Took care of our AC and didn’t have any issues. Would recommend Strand Brothers to anyone in need of a great AC company.
Marco came and did our annual service. He was efficient and helpful. Providing tips to get the most life out of our 10 year old unit.
Samuel M (tech#2079) and Mike L (tech#2113) did a great job installing a condensation pump for us today which required getting up in an extremely hot attic. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Sam and Mike!!
Exceptional customer service. We’ve used Strand Brothers for years. As busy as we all are, I appreciate the automated check in every 6 months with a well priced service agreement plan so we don’t neglect our AC unit needs!
Strand Bros has always done a great job with out regular tune-up service and has been incredibly professional and responsive in emergencies. Aaron J. did our latest tune up and did a great job!
Mr. DeShawn Eggleston, the technician, was very polite, respectful, professional and efficient in maintenance of the AC unit. He brought to our attention of the aging of the capacitor. No pressure to make changes. He gave us needed info and answered the questions we had. We have used Strand for over 6 years with our AC and water heater. They have always given us excellent work.
Quick and easy check-up from the $10/mo plan and discovered a gas leak and a UV bulb out. Samuel (#2079) was extremely helpful and kind.
My A/C unit was not cooling effectively. The technician came on time and was polite. He looked at the Evaporator unit and informed me that the Evaporator unit had ice built up on it. The reason he diagnosed was that there was debris inside the coil which was restricting the passage of gas through the coil hence the unit was becoming super cooled and hence lots of condensation was happening. He said the whole Evaporator unit had to be changed. He told that the parts department would call and let me know of the price of replacement . The parts department later called and gave a quote of $3400.00 including labor and warranty. Then they gave me a date of two weeks to get it fixed. Anyway I got hold of another guy who came in and told me the evaporator unit was just fine and my unit was low on Freon. $285 was all that I had spent to get my A/C unit working again. I was expecting a better service from strand brothers.
