My HVAC system was 21 years old and had stopped working completely. Not the cheapest bid we received but they were great communicators and very easy to work with. Job was completed in 1.5 days great service. Very respectful. Would 100% recommend.
I love and feel very blessed to have found Resilience Heating and Cooling. Yusuan is quick to respond and always on time. He is efficient and very professional. He is great at explaining questions I might have and has a very pleasant personality! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Resilience originally installed our unit and have been back twice - routine maintenance and today, a blocked pipe. Each time they have been thorough, friendly, professional, and totally excellent - all at very reasonable prices. I recommend them highly.

Our condenser stopped working on a 100° day and the house was heating up fast. Resilience responded within about 10 minutes and came over just a few hours later. Yusuan got everything running again in no time, and did a full service on both our units while he was here. Super nice guy, friendly, efficient, used shoe covers when he entered the house and left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend Resilience and will definitely use them again - but hopefully not any time soon!

The best, fastest and reasonably priced AC/heating professional we have been working in the Austin area for the past three years. Every time we used their service, we had a happy ending.
Service from Yusuan is absolutely the best I have ever experienced from a HVAC contractor. He is incredibly thorough and professional. He exhibits pride in his workmanship which has been somewhat lost over the past 3 decades in my opinion. He replaced an improperly installed condenser/coil unit as well as made other minor but important adjustments to the plenum and drains. He also noticed the previously installed UV filter had been installed backwards and reversed it as part of optimizing the system. After doing the coil install, he did a assessment of the outside unit which uncovered a soon to fail capacitor and contactor. He then did a full preventative service on the outdoor unit. Replaced those parts at cost of materials since, per Yusuan, the labor for the condenser unit and overall project warranted him to do the preventative maintenance and repair. His price to do the coil was fair but he then he went above and beyond and in doing so, earned my trust. All of the above was a great experience, but then... During the preventative maintenance on the exterior until he reported the insulation on the exterior lines was insufficient and needed to be addressed though he didn't have the materials on hand. He said he would stop by next couple weeks and take care of it. A week, maybe 10 days went by when I saw his truck outside. I had forgotten he was coming back but he had not. He replaced the insulation and left without asking for anything in return. How many HVAC contractors do you know that would commit to returning to do something out of scope and actually do it...without charge? This was all mid April, HVAC season heating up, they were busy but he took CARE of us, a first time customer. Today, he completed the mid-year preventative service to tune up for heating season. He spent a full 30 minutes inspecting and cleaning the inside coil/condenser and another full 30 minutes cleaning/inspecting the outdoor unit. He was here, working, for over an hour for a prevent
We had a complete rip out and replacement of our central HVAC system and ducting. Yusuan and his team were top notch. They showed up at the time they said they would, worked hard, and cleaned up once done like they were never there. Their estimates/invoices are detailed so you know exactly what you’re paying for which is absolutely why we picked Resilience for the job. I’d 100% recommend them for your job!!
Yusuan and his team are extremely knowledgeable. They are always on time, set clear expectations on the work being performed and also do the cleanest work I have ever seen - no corners cut, every thing triple checked, units sealed to perfection all the while protecting your floors and belongings throughout the process. Simply put they are by far the most professional, fairly priced and best crew out there. Oh, and I do mean the BEST. I've been in Austin for 16 and I've tried no less than 9 service companies(both large and small) during my time here. Resilience blows them all out of the water! Highly, highly. highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

Yusuan and his team just replaced our entire aging HVAC system and we couldn't be happier! He walked us through our options and didn't pressure us to go one way or another - he simply educated us and let us decide. On installation day, the team was friendly, responsive, and made sure to keep everything clean as they worked. Professionals all around. I would've recommended Resilience on that experience alone - but it gets even better. A few days after the installation, the AC wasn't cooling down the house. I emailed Yusuan at 7:00PM and he was at our house by 8:00. It was too dark to diagnose the root cause, but he determined that the unit itself was low on [the cold stuff]. He filled it up to get us through the night and said he would be back in the morning. They came by around 9am and determined the unit itself had an issue and the best course of action was to simply replace it. That evening they had a new unit installed and everything has been great! We expected they'd do a great job when we hired them - but their customer service went above and beyond when we needed their help. Anyone willing to come by and help at 8PM deserves all the stars a review platform can handle.
