Matt was our plumber. I had a clogged kitchen drain. We had service within an hour of our call. They are professional in the office as well as in the field. We felt like it was a job well done. Matt followed through and took care of the drain. We had 3 choices of service. We are completely delighted with the company how it's run and the great people they employ. We sometimes groan at the commercials but hire them anyway they are a reputable Austin company. Well done Matt!!
I have used Radiant Plumbing for previous plumbing problems in my home. I used them recently to replace a pressure reduction valve that was no longer working. The original valve was placed in 2015 by another plumber. After nearly 8 years, the cost of the jobs were comparable when inflation is factored into the equation. I do not believe the Radiant price was excessive given the scope of the job. Antonio M. did the work in a timely manner with the necessary care to my yard and the plants around the water meter site. Plus he got the new valve in place with no difficulties. The water pressure is now reduced to 65 psi. I will use Radiant Plumbing again when the need arises.
Ray Gonzales was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in performing the diagnostic for my hvac issue - which was actually due to a breaker malfunction. He explained every step of the diagnostic in detail, that could be comprehended by a layperson. I highly recommend Ray for the exceptional service he provides.
Our overall experience with Radiant was excellent from beginning to end. Mike is very professional and kept us informed of any details or questions we had. Clear Communication is key and he gave it. Radiant is my go-to for repairs/maintenance I am unable to do myself. I recently had to replace two toilets in my home. One call to Radiant and a couple of days later, I am up and running. Alexis was the technician who performed the replacement. This lady is kind, very professional and truly cares about her job. She was a joy to work with and really knows her job. Thank you Radiant for providing quality workmanship and for your professionalism.

Had a major water leak at the water cut off valve next to the water meter. Called Radiant and they sent out someone the next morning. Paul the service specialist was very knowledgeable and explained the cause of the leak thoroughly as well as my options for repair. I expected it to be multiple day job but they had it done with in a few hours same day.
John Murphy was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the time and patience to explain the issues with my AC unit and recommendations. Radiant is lucky to have someone like you on their team….you rock!!
Had a terrific experience with Radiant dealing with an emergency HVAC leak. My technician Javier explained every step of the process in a way that was clear and concise. I’m really pleased with Radiant — they’ve got my business going forward.

Do your homework. Radiant May have the best ads but they’re a shot in the dark with service. Radiant installed our AC wrong last year, had to come back 3x to fix things (including not passing inspection) before realizing that they never installed the second tier of our premium unit. In all, we paid more for a unit we got nothing from and in the last year for electric with our “radiant energy saving unit” Than our 16 year old unit. We went with radiant because they’re “the best”. Our final 3 technicians were great- identified and fixed the issue but it took a year to get there. Their scheduling team was hard to work with, and no one ever apologized or took responsibility for installing our unit wrong. I understand mistakes but take responsibility and make it right quickly. I don’t want to be an hvac expert but if you go with radiant, be prepared to identify issues with their work.
Over the years, we have laughed and simultaneously cringed at their commercials, but they are have always been entertaining. Apparently, they have reached a worldwide audience to include John Oliver whom we watch almost daily. We moved into a new house and had issues with our brand new Toto toilet. After checking with trusted friends, we decided to give Radiant a try. When I called, the receptionist was extremely friendly and I was thrilled to discover they would be able to send a technician the next day! Upon receiving my confirmation text, they also provided me with some fun facts about my technician Selso, who happens to like sand volleyball amongst other things. Honestly, we couldn't help but laugh because the fun facts were definitely entertaining. Selso was amazing. Not only did he fix our toilet in record time, but prior to his arrival, my garbage disposal started to act up and he actually took care of it while he was there! I was so thrilled as most technicians would never think to go above a beyond, would only fix what was written on the service agreement and would make you call to schedule another service call. I could not have asked for a better technician and company. Thank you Radiant and thank you Selso for your hard work and commitment to providing top notch customer service!
Anthony came in to check on my AC unit which wasn’t cooling. He was very kind and timely. He dealt with the issue quickly, gave me some tips for maintaining it, and also a timeline for expected services (it’s an older unit).
The whole experience from reaching out to having Jerry update our porcelain thrones was just terrific. Reaching out initially via tex (which is my preferred way to communicate) the team was so responsive, even when I inexplicably texted them a picture that had nothing to do with our conversation, they treated it with professionalism and humor (which I mean come on… that’s pretty on brand for Radiant). We were able to get someone out super quickly and Jerry was prompt, friendly and very helpful for a couple of people who had no idea what to expect, he walked us through our options and thoroughly documented his work. This was an amazing experience.
I am extremely happy with Radiant Plumbing! They were so helpful, informative and really gave 5-star service. Prior to the appointment, someone reached out to find out more about the issue so they were prepared when they arrived. Anthony also was incredible and thoroughly checked the whole house to make sure nothing was missed. Will absolutely use them again!
Preston Nichols is simply a professional. He clearly has a lot of experience and deep subject matter expertise. He described all the options and costs very clearly. We just requested a quote but he brought everything with him he needed to do the installation right on the spot. He replaced our water heater in less than three hours. Other plumbers gave lower quotes but the quality of the parts and craftsmanship will make Radiant our go to from now on.
I had a really great experience with Reliant. They were on time and able to fix my problem without hesitation. Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I will definitely use them again.
Javier was excellent. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it and then gave me proactive feedback on what I needed to do to maintain my system. Radiant also was extremely professional and had enough staff to get a technician out quickly. Super grateful for Javier and the entire Radiant team.
