We contacted several local HVAC businesses for a quote, and Nitric was, by far, the quickest to respond with a fair price. The team spoke with me and gave us an estimate that afternoon. Based on the fair price and professional, respectful way in which they presented the proposal, we changed it from a quote to an invoice. The team showed up on time, worked hard in the Texas heat, and showed the highest respect for our property and us as customers.
This is by far one of the most responsive companies I’ve dealt with in the Austin area, as I have been working hard to complete my home improvement list for this year. I received three separate quotes with very different numbers for a new ductless HVAC system, which left me confused and frustrated. I was dealing with a malfunctioning AC unit on 95 degree Saturday, and of course, I had no idea who to call for help. The company we have used since moving to Leander wasn’t responding, and I was desperate for help.
