Beyond the work being done right Nick was very responsive & communicative. He was able to show up quick and in our consult he was honest and best off he was not pushy. I have an older unit and Over the years the larger companies just want to push a new unit on you.He proposed solutions and still priced out new unit. It was appreciated and helpful. Joe was professional, friendly, and thorough. He came to do a yearly service on a heat pump and answered my questions. Not scheduled but something he suggested was an additive to the heat pump to make it more efficient. Appreciated his suggestions, information, as well as the installation. .
We selected Jeffery AC and Furnace Repair from four bidders for a new air conditioner. During the work they discovered mold in the supply trunk. They were able, with no prior notice, fabricate new supply and return ducts to restore heat in about 36 hours. Our system is now state-of-the art and mold-free.
