Best Air service place in all of Austin.
Very honest and great service. I wanted to cool down an area in my house that doesn’t have an attic, originally they send a guy who said we have to do a mini split, which is very expensive. Then the owner came over to assess the situation and came up with a way to wire the duct over through the wall. It saved me from this past crazy summer thanks a lot.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and called when he was running late. Thank you for the time and assistance to make our system better again.

100% system replace + duct upgrade to improve R-value. Job took 3 days. The team was professional and courteous. They did their best to be clean. They treated my wife with respect and kindness (which I greatly appreciated). We are happy to have a new system installed. Old system was on its way out. Rather than putting band aid on an old system we decided to replace and upgrade. We've only had this one for less than a week and so far it is performing great. And it is 100 times quieter than the old one.

iAir quickly responded and devoted a great deal of attention to troubleshooting our AC system, getting it back in working order without even having to install any new parts. We had been without AC for 6 weeks because a previous company had Misdiagnosed the issue and had us waiting for months on a replacement part. We finally gave up, called Intelligent Air and they had it up and running within hours! These guys are the real deal: local, honest, Trustworthy and competent. They have a new long term customer! Highly recommended.
Recovering from knee replacement surgery and instead waiting until Monday, they rounded up parts to at least get me through the weekend until they have to do the other work. Edgar is the ops manager was the installer or parts man that has gotten me cool. I would highly recommend Intelligent air services. Top group of people from the receptionist to the other people behind the scene. House is cool and their service is outstanding.

I am really appreciate Michael Lapaglia from Intelligence Air Services. I’ve been suffered from loud noise A/C fan outside my window from my rent apartment and many sleepless nights wake up miserably, but still the maintenance team from property couldn’t find out and they keep telling me to believe nothing wrong with it! I’ve tried week to call around looking for private contractor, and feel such a relieve until Michael came! He was listening to me patiently and answer my questions professionally, 20 minutes he know whats going on, he contacted to the property manager, let hime know and now he have no excuse or delay fixing it up for me, it’s been 6 months. Thank you and thank you, you have no idea the feeling of when some one doesn’t trick you in something you don’t know and genuinely try to help you, that’s priceless. The price diagnosis is very reasonable, the lady on the phone have such a friendly voice and reassure me they will show up and they did, one of company before didn’t show up on appointment because my consider not emergency:(. I will definitely bookmark this company in my future and recommend you do the same!
Incredibly responsive service. The a/c went out on our house and less than 2 hours they had a Technician at our house within an hour after that our a/c was repaired for a very reasonable price.
Michael was the best!!! He diagnosed the problem with our AC unit and made an extra effort to get it repaired during an emergency call, when temps were reaching 106F! SO grateful!!!
