Edit for the reply: This is the only AC company that wants to charge me over $300 for a one time maintenance... And let's not forget this is for an install/unit of their own. I'm having a company come out for $99. $300 is intentional gouging of customers they would rather leave stranded. I'm writing this review because it's the last recourse I have for keeping a business honest and ethical, which at this point, I very much question. I'm have had similar issues with the awful installation that cost almost $8,000 unit since September 2021 and this company does nothing once the install is complete. They will gouge you with a several hundred dollar fee to come back out after providing a bad install. My unit is currently sitting on "professional" styrofoam blocks. The thermostat they installed was not suppose to have batteries in it according to the owner so that I would know when my unit goes out, but unbeknownst to me, the installers originally put batteries in the thermostat so I could never actually tell when my brand spanking new unit goes out! This new unit leaked to the point that the bedroom below it now has water stains on the ceiling. None of this has been addressed in the times I've spoken to them. They provided an email to me weeks ago and when I emailed them, they ghosted me. I not heard back and it's been weeks. I used McCulloch on my 2nd unit, which was replaced about a year prior to this unit and that unit has not once given me trouble.

Had them install Reme Halo LED and media filter for return. Very satisfied with the service technician who installed everything. I’d highly recommend to anyone.
The guys were really great and kept me informed about all they were doing and how to maintenance out new AC and furnace. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new system.

As a Community Manager, having reliable contractors and vendors is always crucial to the day to day business. Indoor has NEVER let me down. Our 16-year-old air conditioner was on the way out and we decided to replace it before it broke completely. Boy, great decision. The Indoor weather professional crew were professional and efficient in removing the old and installing the new air conditioner. They also hauled away the old one! The Bryant air conditioner they recommended is ridiculously efficient and significantly reduced the humidity level in our house. My energy bill went from $383/mo down to $201/mo; a 47% savings. AND THAT’S WITH THE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE INCREASING FROM 89° TO 98°! I would definitely recommend this company. They know what they’re doing!
I used this company two years ago when I purchased my home. Steve came out and went over the system with me. Steve suggested I put a float valve in place and took the time to explain why that was important. 20 months later I am so glad I listened to his advice. Even better when I called because the unit appeared to be turning off, Steve offered to come out after hours if needed. He showed up just after 9am the next day figured out what the problem was easy fix and my AC is running great. Maintenance is key! I know it’s hard to part with that $109.00 to have a check up but it is part of home maintenance. Thanks Kris, Chris and Steve for the great customer service and speedy response time.
We were really in a bind with our AC not cooling properly. Indoor Weather came out the same day, recharged our coolant and were on their way in under an hour. Great service and super professional!

AC started leaking in the middle of COVID19 lockdown. Was able to get an appointment for the following morning and repair was completed within a matter of hours. The repairman wore a mask, gloves, and maintained distance as much as possible through the entire process. Highly recommend!
Our engineering firm works often with the folks at IWP and we're glad we do. They are committed to serving not only homeowners through quality workmanship, but they also invest in Austin's lively community of builders, architects, and engineers. It's not every day you see mechanical contractors going above and beyond the status quo to be the best, but I have no hesitation saying that IWP does exactly that. If you're looking for an installation or a service call, look no further.
Called them because we had a leak in the AC. The pipes needed to be drained. After giving me the quote for it the Tech drained one pipe and said he will charge extra to drain the other one and wanted to charge extra service call (so two times the service call when he was already there fixing it....what a joke) plus extra for draining the other pipe that was the part of same AC. Unbelievable! When I called the office to check why I am being charged twice the person I spoke to was the same. Beyond disappointed!!! It’s not the first time I was getting the pipes drained so I know how much it costs. It’s just first time using this company because my usual tech was not available. Will never use them again and won’t recommend to anyone.
Bro, from the time I called IWP I knew I made the right call. I was met with a silky smooth, masculine voice on the phone that promptly sent a technician over to my house. The tech showed up dressed to the nines to offer his assistance. I told him my AC drain line was so clogged, it was like it hadn't eaten anything but cheese for week. He said, 'No Prob', and cleaned my lines like you wouldn't believe. I'm talking so crystal clear that I would have no problem putting my mouth on the line and drinking from it like a clear mountain stream. My experience was so great, I would consider breaking my AC on purpose just to go through this process again. Do yourself a favor and get the IWPs to come hook you up.
Quick, efficient, friendly. Called them on Sunday, Steve came first thing Monday morning, fixed it to the best he could without the part, and then came back Tuesday to finish the job. Highly recommend!
Steve was fantastic. Once he heard that we had gone a day and a half without air conditioning, he came out early to fix our issue. He also took the time to teach me how to fix the same problem in case it happened again. He also showed me how to maintain the unit to prevent a repeat issue. Lastly, he took me outside to show me how to clean the outside of the unit which will help extend the life of the unit. Great service! Highly recommended!

Installed the system and now its not cooling. Quoted over 2 month lead time and left me hanging without a solution.
Had a great experience with Indoor Weather Professionals. Our 18-year old R22 a/c wasn’t going to last forever. We asked for quotes to replace the system from several a/c contractors. The folks at Indoor Weather Professionals offered a fair price to install a new Bryant a/c and furnace. We selected them to do the job and we now have a variable speed system that is super quiet and super efficient. The installation crew and office staff were friendly, respectful and answered all questions thoroughly. We are more than happy with the work performed by Indoor Weather Professionals.
My heater went out on Christmas day. They came out and gave me a quote on Tuesday and said they could have it replaced Thursday or Friday. Very professional and the replacement went smoothly.
